Definitely reccommend Holland and Associates for anybody in Eden NC. Very smooth process overall for us, extremely satisfied with our property and all the help we got from Jerry Holland. If you're looking to buy your first home and have no idea what you're doing, Holland and Associates will walk you through everything. Biggest struggle we had buying a house was moving my fish tank into it, that should say something!

I have been a long distance customer of Holland & Assoc. for almost a decade for rental services for a home in Eden. This firm genuinely makes you feel a part of their family. They are very professional and I personally have had the best of customer service experiences one could ask for. A special cudo to Rita Smith who is the “first face” of Holland’s. She is a caring, competent and experienced person who is always eager to solve any problems that arise. This company deserves to be recognized as one that goes above and beyond for their customers. It is especially important to one that doesn’t live in the area to know I can rely upon this firm to provide the services necessary for our property in Eden. Great work Holland & Associates!

Working with Jerry Holland was a very positive experience. We were looking for a home in Eden, even though we lived 150 miles away. Jerry made himself available on our schedule, and he ALWAYS responded to our texts, emails, calls. He was respectful to the sellers, but clearly advocated for us as buyers. He went out of his way to get us the best deal and best final settlement in negotiations before closing. We were comfortable and confident in every step of the process, thanks to Jerry. We enthusiastically recommend Jerry and his team without hesitation!

Hard to get I. Touch with. Wanted to buy a house in our neighborhood. Called them and spoke with a realtor who said he’d call me back and never did. They do manage properties and rent some of their own. Poor response in calling anyone back. They are one of the few realtors in town, so you do get what you get. Previous experience with them was great, but it seems their service is not as good as it used to be.

I have been trying to sell my property for a little bit, it never made it to their website. It did briefly make it to another's, and I guess an associate site. Due to human error on the contract, it was pulled down. Now I am a truck driver and I am not always home, but I have yet had a chance to sit down with my agent to discuss anything with him.

I do not recommend this realtor Jerry Holland. Purchased a house through him and felt pushed and uneasy towards closing time. Very disrespectful to PEOPLE of COLOR from my experience! Beware people!! Do not give your money to people who have hate in their hearts. (YES You do know who I am Jerry. You are partly right, I did purchase a second house without having contact with you. But My mother and I purchased a house from YOU on Maryland Ave. strike a nerve??. MY NAME IS ON THAT DEED. I signed it in your office. That was a Horrible experience! I will not correct anything I have said. Everything is true indeed. Don’t call me a liar!
