Nope. I've tried this location off and on for the last 2 years. I've gotten bad meat 3 different times that that should have been marked as manager special or "use by today."
It happened again last week. I bought a 2 pack of top sirloin and a pack of bottom round to make jerky. Both packs listed the sell by date as 3 days later. Both packs of meat started to smell within one day! By the end of the second day both packs of meat were brown , smelled bad, and were showing signs spoiling.
As mentioned , this exact same thing has happened with other packs of beef and chicken that I have gotten at this location. This shows me that their meat department employees are either incompetent, malicious, or both. I just wasted $19 on inedible beef. I will NOT give them another chance.
This is a pattern with the meat department at this Food Lion location. 0/10.

i was in the store with my grandson on friday it was nice. the store manager was very rude and angry. i heard him yelling loudly. very unsettling. beautiful store layout. my grandson andy is typing all of this for me

On March 19, 2024, at the Food Lion store #00243, Register #002 Cashier #0255, stole $5.29, by double charging me for a $5.29 item, all because I had a $5.00 coupon from the Dollar General Store of which I had previously used the same kind of coupon on March 1, 2024 with out any problem, store # 0095. This person who said she was a manager there, public berated me very loudly in front of customers and other employees by shouting from her register over to the other store manager, at the service desk register. I still have both of my store receipts. I will never shop there again. I was contacted by a man who said he was a head manager over the Food Lion stores for that area. He said His Name was Faron Hardy. He said he would reimburse with a gift card. I have never received or heard anything back from them. When people lie to me and try to degrade me in public, I no longer have any dealings with wicked companies. They shall reap what they sow.
