Have always loved eden veterinarian been using them for years but now it's just all about the money and not the care of the pet or their owners. I had to cancel an appointment I called several hrs before hand to talk to them about it I'm on a fixed income and I had found out I had something important coming out of my account the next day so I had to cancel this appt. I was informed that they had to charge me 50 dollars because it wasn't canceled 24 hrs beforehand now my dog can't get his due shots and it is 50 dollars more and never have I ever missed an appointment with them the staff is beyond rude so when 50 dollars is more important to them than my pet they sure don't need to be seen there. My response from them was all dr's are doing it these days. My thoughts are when you know someone is struggling and they are trying to make sure there pets shots are kept up and you can't seem to help them it's not about the pets it's all about the money. SO SAD!!!!

They have been our vet for over 5 years and have always taken good care of our dog, Buddy (pictured below) A previous experience, when we had to have our sons dog put to sleep due to her having cancer, really impressed us. The veterinarian prayed for all of us as he soothed our fur baby and put her to sleep.
Such compassion is rare and very needed in times like that. I highly recommend Eden Veterinary to anyone who truly cares about the health of their pets. They are the best!!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Jerry and his staff. They are so kind and caring! I had to put my 16 year old baby down and the amount of kindness and support they gave my fiance and I was so appreciated in such a terrible time. He was truly made to take care of animals and I can't thank him enough for his kindness and everything he and his staff has done for us. He's also currently taking care of our other fur baby and I will never take my dogs anywhere else!

the staff is very kind polite knowledgeable and caring they are super sweet to my two dogs who have been patients there since birth dr Boothe takes the time to talk me through any issues and unfortunately my dogs have had several and I always have tons of questions I trust dr Boothe and the entire staff with my precious fur family Lisa is always quick to address any issue and manage my dogs care with unmatched excellence have never had a better experience will not take my fur family anywhere else.....ever!
