I recently visited your store and was left perplexed by the cash register layout. It's as if the design was intended to confound and confuse. Customers are corralled into a cramped space, left to navigate a labyrinth more suited to a game show than a shopping experience. Identifying which register is open—or operational for that matter—feels like solving a puzzle without clues.This inefficient design not only frustrates customers but also hampers the overall shopping experience, detracting from the quality of service and products offered. A straightforward, intuitive layout would significantly improve the checkout process, ensuring that customers leave with a positive impression rather than a headache.I hope this feedback is taken into consideration, as the current setup is a disservice to both customers and the store's potential.

I like this new location a lot. It is my 2nd favorite location. Employees are extremely friendly, professional and the store is consistently clean, neat and organized.

I go here just about every day. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. I'm so glad they built this dollar general because compared to the store across the road, I can buy 3 Gatorades for the price of 1 at the store.

Convenient location for those who live in the vicinity of this Dollar General. It's brand new and everything is very clean and fresh. Super friendly customer service and competitive pricing on the items we purchased.

I had to go to dollar general today to add money on my reloadable card. Cashier lady was so nice. I wish had caught her name so I could let head cooperate office let them know how much a wonderful employee dollar general has working for them. Cause I had told her where I got the reloadable card from would not let me reload money on the card & gave me the run around this morning. Nope not dollar general especially the nicest cashier lady. If anyone has to go to a dollar general I recommend going to this dollar general n bridge street Eden NC 27288. Cashier was more than welcome to help me with my issue.
