It is unbelievably difficult to use their refill system. Multiple times their system has caused issues and I've had to go back to my doctor to get her to call them. I can see on my medical account where refills are approved but CVS system says denied. I hate that my work insurance is connected to CVS. Complete hassle!

CVS was very clean and organized. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I love using the coupons on my receipts and saving on products I use. Thank you, CVS employees for always making shopping enjoyable.

I spoke with Nicole in the Eden CVS pharmacy today Inquiring about my medications and this young lady talked to me and treated me with the upmost dignity and respect of any CVS employee I have encountered. Definitely need more caring individuals like her working for this pharmacy organization. Thank you again Nicole for you help. I am sincerely thankful.

Shival is an excellent pharmacist. He is very knowledgeable and gives drug reactions that aren't even listed on the medication bottle. He's always letting us know the side effects at every pickup even if it's for ones we have been taking for years. If it wasn't for him, a lot of people wouldn't know what side effects to look out for with their medications. Best CVS pharmacist compared to other CVS pharmacies and other drug stores!

CVS Van Buren Rd, Eden, NC is typically a great store/pharmacy. Today however, the pharmacy tech (black hair) and the pharmacist where rude and accusatory! I have been going to this store for over a year and never had an issue but the Blond-haired pharmacist was not kind at all. I have never seen her and don't want to again. In the future, if those two are in the pharmacy I will not do business until another day. The Gentleman and Lady with the glasses (other pharmacists) are wonderful!!! I don't like writing bad reviews but this needed to be written. On the other hand, Karen who is in the front of the store is Fabulous!! She is ALWAYS helpful, courteous and kind.

I switched getting my med from another CVS that was closer to my home to this CVS in Eden because the service is fast and the staff greet you with a smile.Rebecca is always ready to help . I am so glad that I switched to CVS.

Today I went to go pick up some med I was talk to very rude by a woman that shouldt b working there I also asked to talk to someone else she said no I said ok I call back tomorrow she said I will b here then she told me it's against the law to drive with out my license I had my license these works shouldt b talk to the way she talk to me on the phone I'm not to happy with this company they need to do better on how they talk to clients

The Associates were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. However, the CVS in Eden North Carolina is an unbelievably unkept piece of property. The parking lot is filled with trash , cups, cigarette butts, plastic bags and food containers. The trees and bushes on the property are loaded with filth. CVS has not taken the opportunity to clean and repair the potholes in the parking lot. The pavement is unsafe and needs immediate attention.Do not blame the workers at the cash register.

Making people wait 25 mins in the drive through is unacceptable. There were 3 people that walked past the window and at 2:05 they said be with you in just a minute. Then proceeded to make me and 2 cars behind me wait. Very low quality service!

Because every time my doctor calls in medicine they act like they don't get my prescription and I think someone is taking my prescriptions because they say they don't resive my prescription I am mad now I need my medication
