I'm just here to give Becka a 5 star review because she is absolutely amazing I have been a long term customer with Cricket and within the past few months haven't been able to get any help through the 611 customer service number but Becka at the Eden store location is knowledgeable she has the BEST customer service, she does a wonderful job multi tasking to achieve numerous goals for multiple customers within a short time span. I honestly can't say enough good things about Becka if you have an issue she will do what she can to resolve the problem and it's a relief to get such good customer service when a lot of companies are struggling in that aspect so if you are with Cricket or thinking about going to Cricket I do recommend it but I highly recommend visiting Becka at the Eden location for any of your phone needs. Honestly Becka needs a raise and should be training all the Cricket employees!

Will be ending my service! Tired of the arrogance of this company. Will be at boost tomorrow. App said my bill was going to be taken in on Tues but they texted me on Sunday telling me that it will be on Monday. Then why have it posted in the app.
