Walked through the doors all representative where busy with other customers which is understandable. But not one acknowledged us as we walked in the store. And all 3 seen us walk in. Not a hello welcome to Verizon we will be with you as soon as possible, not even a hello... We walked around the store several times. So the one young girl at the front desk finished her customer and looked right at us more than once seen us sitting there and never asked do we need help with anything. She texted on her personal phone and walk over to talk to her Co worker who was working with a older couple. She also found time to even talk with the couple he was working with.. But still never spoke or asked me and my daughter anything. She proceeded to get her pocketbook and keys and walked out the door. Well she did look our way and smile. They close at 6 this Sunday evening and she walked out at 5 :25 at this point we was the for 40 minutes and never got acknowledged. I use to get all my phones from this store but I will never do business at this store again. Been with them for over 10 years and now thinking about going by to sprint.
