I shop at Catos a lot and this location is def not one of the better ones. They lack a variety of sizes and styles like other locations. Also, I ordered a shirt prior to Christmas and was told it would be in on 12/26. After calling the store today, I was told they didn't "get a truck due to the holidays". I then stated I would cancel the order because I need it now. I was told that I could cancel once it was delivered. That is not even a logical response. Really hope this location improves with options and customer service.

BODY SHAMMING supposed to have fashion for all women junior to plus yet they dont carry Jean's or slacks under a size 4. She said sometimes they may get a size 2 but only one pair and very rare. I have a 24 inch waist how am I supposed to wear a size 2 much less a size 4. They looked at me like I was crazy for even being in there making me feel like there was something wrong with me. They shouldn't advertise clothing for all when they have left out a large demographic. I went to the store in martinsville va first then to the one in eden nc and it was the same in both.

Love Cato style clothing, prices can be high for clothes but if you can catch sales and coupons/clearance prices are good. Love that they still have layaway easier to make payments etc.
