Well, just got the power steering replaced at a different location after carters charged me almost 300$ and never even replaced the part. They tried to say my steering column was out after they charged me for the pump. Took it to another mechanic that actually did replace the pump and now it’s running great. Don’t waste time with these people. Front desk lady is rude as well
