Im from out of state. This salon was recomended. The best reviewed person does not take new clients..
What i got was TOTAL opposite of what we discussed - a "trim" and long layers of my existing 3 inches below my shoulders hair. I ended up with a blunt cut, same length all around and 1/2 inch above my collarbone! Looks bad!
Upon returning to ask a possible fix, I was presented with flippant reply and, "sorry". I won't name names for sake of reputation.

The ladies are wonderful. You feel welcome the minute you walk inside. If you need a good hair therapist, all of the ladies are the best.

Jennifer cut my hair I was suffering from chemical cuts and horrible #brakeage and spit ends it was so bad I couldn't even style it. At 1st I was just gonna get a stack to even up the #brakeage then last min I decided on a shorter style and I'm in love she asked me several times if I was sure and let my 3 year old run around she was amazing my sister is going to her next I'm so glad I found herServices: Shampoo & conditioning

I had my first visit with Lori yesterday and was more than pleased with the work she did. She did exactly what I wanted! I have been "salon shopping" since moving to eden last July and had been not so impressed. A friend of mine had told me to go to capelli long ago and I wish I would've have went there first! I had a great and relaxing experience. The salon was very clean as well and I know that's very important during these times.
