Without getting into details, I must say that we have experienced the best customer service out there at this Badcock store, given by the store manager himself. Adrian went above and beyond the traditional approach to ensure we were taken care of and left 100% satisfied. I will definitely be considering Badcock as my primary go-to place for furniture going forward, all thanks to this wonderful experience. Thanks again, guys!

I bought some furniture from this location on Saturday and had such great service from the employee and the manager. We received our furniture today (Thursday) and their delivery drivers were AMAZING. They were so kind, and respectful to me and my home. I highly recommend shopping from this location. Hands down best experience I have had buying furniture. Will be a repeat customer!

We purchased a loveseat and the lady who helped us pick it out (Jesse Ethier) was very kind and professional. The loveseat had a defect and the extended warranty company was TERRIBLE and wouldn't replace it, even though it was an obvious flaw. I called the Eden Store Manager (Mr. Adrian Shipman) and he was AWESOME. He agreed there was a defect and immediately worked with us to get a full refund, so we could purchase a replacement, which ended up being two recliners that were much nicer than the loveseat. If it wasn't for the professional manner that Mr. Shipment showed throughout the entire process, we wouldn't have ever shopped at Badcock again, but he did such a great job for us that we also contacted the district manager to commend Mr. Shipman and Jesse because of the way they took such great care of their customers. Thank y'all again and may The Lord bless you both!### Born Again by Faith in Jesus Christ1. My service at Badcock was on point; no long waiting period to be helped. Everyone was polite and I didn't feel rushed. I will do business with them again.

Customers should be aware that Babcock in Eden has a 1 day return policy.I went with my wife and dad to buy a new furniture set and my dad went to return a part from the dryer he and my mom bought there about a month ago. The part had not been open and still had the $15 price tag on it.As my wife looked at the $3000 furniture set we had decided to buy the guy on the floor told my dad that they couldn’t take the part back because they have a 1 day return policy … in other words the do not ever take any returns back. I understand it’s not the guys fault, but he was not apologetic and didn’t seem to care.We informed him we were going to buy the $3000 before that but had changed our minds. There was no manager or management in the store to talk to according to the guy we were talking to. I told him he just lost a $3000 sell over $15.I’ve also been reading the reviews here where they apologize but they want you to reach out to them instead of them reaching out to you.Really bad business decisions. They are friendly until you actually need to return something or you need to use your warranty.

We went in to Badcock in Eden on 11/4/22 in order to buy a reclining loveseat. William was kind and pleasant. We paid the full price and decided to pick up the item the following Wednesday as not to pay a delivery fee. On the day of pickup we arrived and they helped us load the item on our truck and we dashed home. When we unloaded at home and opened the box we realized that it was the wrong piece of furniture! Instead of a loveseat it was a full sized couch. I immediately called the store and Willie told me they would take care of it but the manager wasn't back until Tuesday. (This was a Friday) It's now the following Wednesday and our correct piece is at the store. We are unable to pick it up or bring the old one back as we had to borrow a truck to get the original item. They informed me when I called today that they have scheduled to pick up the original item and drop off the loveseat this Friday. I honestly was worried they would try to hassle me or charge for delivery of the correct piece of furniture, but they did NOT. Just smiling faces apologizing for the inconvenience. People make mistakes but it's how you handle them that matters. They handled it well and that is why I give 5 stars to Willie and the staff at the Eden Badcock.

Very rude salesperson. Showed us a normal recliner when we told her we were looking for a “chair and a half”. Insisted it was the same thing. Will not be back and cannot recommend this place to anyone. The sure do put the “bad” in “Badcock”

Today was our first time walking into the store, Roger was very nice and gave us time to walk around and decide on what kind of sofa we really like, loved how he actually acted like he wanted us to decide, make our own choice, and most of all be happy with our decision. Glad we decided to go look around, very happy with the experience. Thanks Roger
