“I'm have been staying with a friend as a guest waiting on my house to be painted at Chadwick Apts for almost 2 weeks. It's quiet & there seems to be some sound proofing. I know you have to come by the office and fill out an application and there's a fee for the background and credit check. Then your name goes on the waiting list. I don't know how long the waiting list is.”
“Very nice place to live. The manager (Wayne) is a very down to earth and kind hearted man. He has made this a very nice place to stay especially for the older community.”
