Garcia not only had the tire we needed in stock and told us it will be $55 “out the door”; once we got here (Yes! We are here right now!)… Garcia said since it’s a new tire, he can just plug it for $20!!!! No one else in Fayetteville had the tire in stock! “I needed to have my tires balanced before going out of town. I went to a competitor prior to going to Colony tire and was told I would have to leave my vehicle all day. I was there when they opened the doors and he basically refused to help me. So I called Colony and Matt Windham (General Manager) said it would be no problem to have it done before I had to be at work at 10am. Matt showed great customer service and was very understanding of my situation. His staff was extremely helpful and easy to get along with. I couldnt ask for better service. Thanks Matt and the team at Colony tire!”

“I recently took my car to get service for overheating and air conditioning not working. The Air-conditioning hasnt worked all summer. Mr. Stewart checked I found that I did not have enough fluids in the radiator and topped it off and let it run a while to make sure that there was no other issues with the car overheating. He checked and said the car needs a compressor. After we took the car back the next day, he checked it and the air conditioning was working. He called me and said it was working now for some odd reason so I asked him what was the charge, he said no charge! I just stopped by and thanked him for his honesty. His smile showed his appreciation that I stopped back by just to thank him.”
