“Thank You for explaining to me about the reason I couldn't get my pain medicines but could get my other 5 medications . I thought it could be race based on a couple of other people from the Church not getting there's.I want to state for the record it had nothing whatsoever to do with my race again it had nothing to do with race.I still can't get my pain medication and I didn't want people to think oh he's just saying this now because he's getting his meds. I deleted the Post after he explained to me what the issue was. I didn't want my post to hurt his business even if it's only for a red cent.I want to say I'm sorry and thank you for your quick response.”

“This pharmacy is AMAZING!! I had to change my prescription from CVS to the Pavilion because CVS did not have the medication and I had less than an hour before they closed, they were on top of checking for when my provider sent it in and 5:59 pm I was able to pick it up. They literally had it filled in minutes after it was called in. I have never experienced such care and helpfulness from a pharmacy before. I will only be using them from now on! They deserve 10 stars!!! Thank you!!!”
“I have stuck with this pharmacy for a long time. They provide very good service. Anytime I call them I get quality service. I used to be able to drive, and I loved the fact that they have drive through drop off and pick up or wait. When I could no longer drive, I found out that they deliver. The driver is very friendly. Very good, professional and friendly service. But what I absolutely love about this pharmacy is that they remember who you are, you don't feel like just another "customer" or number, and you certainly don't feel rushed.”

“Fast and friendly service depending on the pharmacist. The girls in the front are always great! There is only one pharmacist that will not do anything extra, or accommodate you in any way. I choose to give the business 4 stars because I've never had an issue before her. She has to be fairly new. No need for the other members of their team to loose their shine because of one bad apple. Still love this pharmacy, wouldn't change unless my job travels, they accommodate and transfer my meds because they know I'll be back When my assignment is over. ( they accommodate my work life well)”

“Another great vaccine experience thanks to Pharmacy Tech Ms. Diane. She works hard and administers vaccines properly. She even corrected the misinformation I received from another pharmacy staff member on a prior visit, it worked out that I was eligible for the vaccine. Unfortunately at least half of pharmacy registers are nonfunctional which hampers staff.”

“I am so thankful to all the employees of this Harris Teeter, on Raeford Road, in Fayetteville, NC, but to one employee in particular, Freddie. I lost my wallet which contained my mother-in-law's card, as well as all of my stuff and cash. I cannot tell you how distraught I was. I could only slightly hope all would be okay again. When I called the store to see if it had been found, the nice young man who answered the phone assured me they had it and to drive safe. Now wasn't that the kindest words I could have heard? I cannot tell you how thankful I was when I arrived back at the store and was given my wallet. I asked if the person that found it had left their name. They asked Freddie, the one who had brought it to the desk and he said it was him. He just waved it off as just doing his job. I owe Freddie and the entire store a tremendous thank you for saving me from all the woes that could have easily come my way. Please, please thank the staff for their honesty and concern for their customers. They keep the store clean and fresh, well stocked with many items I can't find elsewhere, even online. I will forever be indebted and thankful to them for their honesty and great kindness they extended to me and my family. And thank you, each member of staff, for running a totally awesome store and the service you extend, keeping the store welcoming and sparkling. We appreciate all you do! Thank you!”

“This pharmacy is so much better than the CVS on Owen drive. They never seem to begrudge filling my narcotic pain meds like Melanie (3rd shift pharmacist at CVS Owen dr). I’ve never been denied my rx because of a new guideline or bc they need to ask the dr a question about the medicine and it’s Saturday morning, no dr in till Monday so ur out of ur meds till office opens,(again, this is what Melanie @ CVS, Owen dr did.) That was the breaking point for me, I changed to Walmart and I’m still happy I did.The moral of this review I’ll share one more time….DONT GO TO CVS ON OWEN DRIVE FAYETTEVILLE NC WHEN MELANIE IS WORKING 3rd shift pharmacist!!!!!yes, CVS has a nice review from me also ?”

“My 85 y/o Mom initially Used CVS till they no longer accepted her insurance. she had a Telemedicine Appointment and her prescriptions were sent there. I was advise her current servicing pharmacy would have to request the prescriptions be transferred. They called and requested. I checked with requesting pharmacy and they didn't receive the FAX...That afternoon my Mom needing her medication called CVS and inquired on them sending the fax so she could get her medication...they said they would try it would take maybe 30 minutes. Well it didn't happen. I called her pharmacy the next day and they still hadn't received the prescriptions. Totally unacceptable... So I stop in this morning and spoke with them. They faxed them yesterday at 3 and refaxed them right then...the issue is either the fax machine or Walmart...what say you???”
