Pros: Quick service, friendly staff, clean waiting area, bottled water available. Complete service review done.
Con: Was offered tire rotation. Upon checking out rotation was not completed and I had to ask why as opposed to being informed when it was discovered that a tire needed to be replaced. But the young lady did price tires for me. ?”
“Troy, the manager onsite was awesome. He greeted me with a smile, ice cold water and a lot of enthusiasm. His employees were friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful explaining what kind of products that Take 5 had to offer. This experience will give me the opportunity to tell my friends and family to come to Take 5 and get royal treatment from Troy and his employees. I will come back for future oil changes.”
“Got a full set of tires and an oil change. Jennifer the service manager handled a situation about the tire hazard warranty. Reasonably fast and the bays were clean. Oil changes and tires are cheaper at Walmart than any other place in town.”
