Big Shout out to you guys!!! Easter Over Drug is what customer service should look like. Great caring staff that always goes above and beyond to help. Love this place, will never leave as long as the founding doors are open. Our little dog loves them as much, he always looks forward to his treat at the window.

I absolutely Eastover drug I have known Dan and his son seems like forever I remember meeting Dan when my oldest daughter was only 2or 3 and she is 33 now so a really long time and Dan and his family have always had a absolutely awesome personality and always smiling and speaks everytime they see u so yes I'll drive extra 10or more miles to Eastover drug just because of the attitudes and friendly people Thanks to Dan and all at Eastover drug

Literally every time my family comes to pick up their meds there's something wrong with the card on file. And the attitude we get when they mess up is shameful. It gets "fixed" nearly every time, and still every time there's something wrong.

Charged my father, who is retired, disabled and on a fixed income, $85 for a cough medicine that he could’ve gotten elsewhere for $30. Told him his medicare wouldn’t cover it and left it at that, my father wasn’t aware you could find discount cards for medications. He also went three days without this medication because they had to order it. Because promethazine with codeine is so rare it has to be orderer right? I work for a large pharmacy, there isn’t a reason this should be out of stock.

I had had great service with Eastover Pharmacy until the past few months I had been put on a prescription that evidently once they seen what it was the formed an opinion about me. Since then my service had been on the rude side. Then I called the past 2 days checking on my prescription and was told they had not received it yet. With it being new years eve they had holiday hours which was them closing at 2 pm. I received a text alerting me that my presction had been filled and and was ready for pick up yet they were closed . The prescription is one I need and am out of and now it will be Monday before I can get it and I will be sick by then

Excellent customer service. Pharmacy staff is diligent and courteous. Hours of operation could be a little better, but not worth diminishing the well-deserved 5-star rating.
