“Js Designs is a level above the average print shop. The service that James provides is exceptional! I had gone to another print shop to get t-shirts made from some pictures I had taken. They assured me that the shirts would look just like the pictures. Service was slow and the shirts where horrible. The colors were wrong and the picture didn't match the photos. It was horrible and I got my money back. The second print shop did okay on one of the t-shirts but the other one wasn't good. I decided to try designing a shirt myself. I knew what I wanted on it but my design wasn't all that good. One of the major, local print shops recommended Js Designs. I called the shop from the parking lot of the second print shop. James listened to my prior experiences and he asked how many shirts I needed. At this point I was happy to just get one. He asked me to text him a picture of what I needed. He told me that this was actually his day off and that the shop was closed but he would do the shirt for me. I went straight to the shop and within minutes, James designed an amazing shirt for me. It took him no time to make the shirt and the quality of the material was way beyond the cotton shirts that I had been sold by the other shops. James is the real deal!! James is extremely knowledgeable, creative, professional, and friendly. I walked out of the shop with a beautiful shirt and feeling like I'd made a new friend. I'm taking my photos to James today and I can't wait to see how he designs the shirts. I'm a customer for life. I would strongly recommend James to everyone!!! - Florence McEachern, Hope Mills NC”

“Ross is probably my favorite place to shop for clothing and shoes etc & has a wide selection of bags/purses/suitcases & jewelery (good place to find gifts for loved ones). This location lacks when it comes to furniture, rugs, bedding etc. The other location on Ramsey st has more furniture and items that would come in handy at home. But this is the location for personal shopping & the staff is somewhat friendly.”
“I love this store and it has great customer service! I ordered the wrong size of a sweater and I sent an email to them right away seeing if they could change it. I got an email back the next day saying they switched my sizing, my order had already been shipped so I called to confirm. I got an answer to the call right away and the nice lady told me everything was all set and I would receive the correct size I needed! Also fast shipping because my order was sent out the day after I ordered it. When I saw all these negative reviews I was shocked because I have never had a bad experience with Southern Alternative.”
