Every time that there is something I like in the deli they quit making it. Ex: fried catfish on Friday. Tuna salad, none made since last week, I get stuck with the overprocessed Laura lyn pre packaged brand that sucks, no sunflower seeds for salad bar toppings etc. Other than the deli it's a great store to shop at.

Exceeded my expectations by far!! Food options in every area were phenomenal. Fruit and vegetable department was filled with the best crisp fresh food!

24 Hour fueling, However windshield brushes left in muddy water with no paper towels at any pump. Left my truck windows nasty and worse than when I started.

If I could give negative stars I would. Went in at night they had a Item on sale 8 for 10 dollars got home checked receipt found out they didn't give me the advertised sale price, called they said that I could come in next day and they would take care of it. Went in next day to get taken care of and they took down the advertised sale and when I went to the manager Jeff and he tried saying it wasn't on sale that a item that was a dollar a item was on sale for the 8 for 10$ which doesn't make any sense he insulted my intelligence and I over heard him talking down and very disrespectful to multiple employees. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau and I highly encourage people to stop shopping at a place where they allowed there managers to treat there employees like garbage actually I think I treat my garbage better than what I saw Mr. Jeff treating his employees and they ripped me off and multiple other people I have talked with have had the same issue so if you don't want to get royally ripped off and treated like dirt and watch the managers treat there employees worse than garbage I would highly recommend not shopping there at this particular Ingles and go the extra mile down to the other Ingles down the road where the people of that ingles even say they shouldn't be doing that to get your shopping done do not give the Ingles on Highland lake your business I strongly encourage a boycott of the Ingles in Flat Rock NC

This store puts all my local grocers in Georgia to shame. Clean, well stocked, fresh, salad and food bars, friendly staff, nice restrooms. Good variety of produce, meats and seafood. The bakery has seasonal stuff like German Stollen, something I'd never see at Kroger or Publix.

The employees here do a good job and are friendly and they make delicious food in the deli, especially the chicken fingers. My biggest complaint is that the deli is CRAMPED. They tried to pack soo much stuff in the deli that you have to be an acrobat just to move around.

I'm in the area every Saturday for church, so I decided to drop in for some donuts for church. I got a dozen assorted, with apple fritters(my favorite), glazed donuts and chocolate glazed. I must say that I'm very impressed with this Ingles. It's has so many different items, from the hot bars, the salad bar. A place to get frozen drinks, fountain drinks, you can make your own milk shakes and different kinds of nut butters. A sub station along with the deli.They even have a Starbucks located in the store . I wish the Ingles in Easley was as nice as this one, though our Ingles is a nice store, we just don't have it going on like this Ingles! I'm a little jealous, I'll be stopping by again, to check out more of what this Ingles has to offer.

I do love me some has from INGLES GAS EXPRESS (most especially when I'm traveling), however, I hate to say it, but the machines & islands are filthy - worst I've ever seen at an Ingles (& I've been to many!) Clean that situation up & you'll have a 5-star review from me next time I come through. Peace & blessings.
