Have used many times for years, but will not use again. Nearly 3 weeks ago they evaluated dryer at business and said they needed to order parts (roller kit). Had not heard from them so called store and they said parts were in and that someone would be out that Thursday between 12-6. The tech called that day at 3:30 and said they were still waiting on part so it would be next week. I stopped by store to find out that the parts were in fact in stock and they didn’t know why it wasn’t repaired today but said they would get us on schedule for next week, making it 1 month to repair roller wheels on a dryer. Really frustrating and unacceptable.

Jeff came out today to look at our gas fireplace. He was here for a solid 3 minutes before he determined that it wasn’t a plug and play deal. He explained that multiple things would need to be done one order to get it fixed and working. And then repeatedly said “I’m not trying to get out of doing it, but it’s a lot of work”.
Essentially we would’ve been okay with, however the attitude that Jeff had, was terrible. Almost like he didn’t want to work or he was mad he was actually having to work. Disappointing because we would be happy to pay whatever we needed to.
He spent more time writing our invoice than he did explaining what was wrong. And we were charged the full $150 for him to act like he hated his job, and tell us it was going to be expensive to fix.

Worst company ever! Do not buy from them.We spent a fortune buying high end appliances for our kitchen renovation. Their installers messed up with the built-in coffee machine as well as the dishwasher. They returned and took care of the issue with the coffee machine, but failed with the dishwasher. The screws used to secure the DW were too small and the installer assumed that was the problem, but never came and installed larger screws. Over time, the dishwasher would become dis-attached from the cabinetry. I paid an outrageous price for them to come fix it TWICE, because it had come "out of warranty." I trusted the company, but they cannot and should not be trusted. On their last visit, the installer informed me that he could not fix it and I should have the cabinet company do so. The DW just became loose again this morning and we discovered that there had never been screws used to secure the lower part of the DW. Due to that, I've been forced to contact the manufacturer and will definitely give this company a bad review with the manufacturer as well.

Don't know where to begin. Jackson and Ziggy came to install my range hood but could not because my previous microwave wasn't installed to building code. Once that was corrected they both returned and completed my range hood install correctly! I appreciate their professionalism and help with getting this project finished

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. First contacted them in mid November about a stove still under warranty. They came to assess on 11/22 and determined it was a part that they didn’t have in stock. Totally understood that. Then, it’s crickets for over a month. I hear zero updates until I called them. Finally, we get the install scheduled for 1/20 with the parameters that I need it to be completed before 2:30pm - confirmed by a man named Louis/Lewis. A woman who says she’s in charge of scheduling calls me late in the day on 1/19 to say they can only come at the end of the day on 1/20 when no one will be home. I say that doesn’t suit as no one will be home and I will have to reschedule. I’m pretty frustrated at this point. Then I get a voicemail and an email this afternoon (less than 48 hrs after I said I needed to reschedule as their amended time did not work with my availability) that states they are sending the part back to the manufacturer and I need to find someone else to handle the repairs. This is my first negative review of a business online. I’m a huge supporter of and believer in small businesses. This company has HORRIBLE customer service. Be forewarned and take your business elsewhere before you’re 2 months into a broken stove and have to start over from scratch.
