All of the staff were very kind and welcoming. The funeral home is well-kept and comfortable. Everyone was willing to help and accommodate in any way. I could tell they genuinely care for the families they provide for!I will say the staff is very timely in responding to phone calls, but it takes awhile for emails to be responded to. That’s the only annoyance I had. Overall, they made the process of organizing the ceremony as easy as it could be for someone who is grieving.
