the worst customer serice ever!! i made an appt and cancelled it 2 dayys prior to them coming out. they charged my credit card in advance and refused to credit my account. after reporting them to the bbb, they credited me, but not th full amount. they kept $50 for their trouble. beware of zip express installation!!
