I had a great moving experience with YBM this weekend. I had a very large and heavy piece of furniture in a second floor apartment. The guys were so careful with it and the rest of my furniture. We were done much quicker than I anticipated. Moving is usually pretty stressful, that was not the case for me. Thanks YBM

Moved from Durham to Chapel Hill with two movers, they did great! My items were wrapped and on the truck within an hour and off the truck in another 45! Movers were very nice and I appreciated their help very much! Made my moving process very smooth!

I moved from NC to MI. Was worried about finding the right company to move in between states. Most companies were quoting me 5-10 days for my stuff to get delivered and having another people stuff on the same truck. Finally, I was able to find “your budget movers”. They gave me great quote, told me my stuff gonna get delivered in 2 days and kept their word. The workers who loaded and unloaded the truck were extremely professional, nice, efficient and on time. My stuff got delivered and installed with no damages. Highly highly recommend.

Absolutely a great experience. We had a short move but still an important move. The two movers were very professional, hardworking and courteous to the care of our personal belongs and valuables. We felt very well protected. I highly recommend this company!

Do not hire these people. We hired them for 4 men and a 20-something foot box truck at midday for what was supposed to be just a few hours of moving furniture and already-packed boxes. We got 2 men with not much experience and no truck. Supposedly, the other 2 men were finishing up a previous job and heading over with the truck. We all had to wait for over an hour just for their office to tell them to go rent their own truck and do it themselves without the other 2 men I hired. They left scratches in floors and walls in the property I left and the property I moved to. They worked very slowly and took a lot of breaks; it would have taken so much longer if my wife and I hadn't moved a lot of it with them. A lot of our furniture was either damaged or dinged up from either the drive or from them packing/unpacking it. It was half past midnight when we were finally moved in. They told us to call the office about the scratched floors and they'll get someone to repair them for free. When we called about the scratched floors a few weeks later after we got settled in, we were told they weren't going to do anything since it had been too long and that some sort of time frame was buried in the agreement I signed so there was nothing I could do about it.
Don't hire these people. They're rude, incompetent, and dishonest.
Edit to fact check their response: Looking back at my booking, we were scheduled for 3pm. The first 2 movers showed up on time and we all waited for almost 3 hours because their office said the other 2 movers and the truck were on the way soon. Then they finally told the first 2 movers to go get their own truck and we had to wait more for that. That came out to about 4 hours of waiting for nothing and then 5 hours of actual moving. It would have taken at least 3 more hours had my wife and I not helped. Though the $200 refund was appreciated, it didn't cover half of the damage. They took photos of my scratched floor at our destination so there shouldn't have been any reason for them to not pay for the damages their own employees caused and documented. It's true the extra movers arrived at the new house to help unpack. It's also true that they were called in off duty, smelled like weed, and were responsible for a lot of the damage in their rush to get the job done.

Highly recommend this moving company! They were quick, efficient, and took excellent care of my belongings. They are fairly priced and I will definitely use them again for future moves!
