“I HATE shopping, but Ariel at MODE makes it fun and takes the guesswork out of it for me. She's the reason I went to MODE today to shop for a lifestyle photo shoot coming up for my business, and I had no idea what to wear. Ariel understood the assignment. She picked clothes that I wouldn't have, but her style is better than mine. Protip from Ariel, try on everything you like, despite what the manufacturer's tagged size is. I bought clothes from size small to large and size 8-12. Ariel was there to tell me if something fit well or didn't. I've always just tried on what I thought my size was. Who knew! I ended up buying more clothes than I had planned to because she made the experience painless.”

“Wide selection of rare items. My wife loves the Fulani earrings. Artist are actually there selling their art during shows. Ask for Hakim by name he is always helpful and he can look at a face and see challenges far in advance in time to keep things in check. They have a line of deodorant that does not hurt my sensitive skin. There is even a knowledgeable notary public there or on call just a few minutes away.Some of my favorite items are the hand bound journals the bamboo spears and staffs with the crystal or glass tips.My wife loves the henna artist that can come to the store and create henna works of art that are breathtaking.The unique collection of books like "Fatina and the gold Adornments" by S.M. Sheikh.Then, there is the jewelry. One of a kind artisan made pieces that stand out in a crowd. The bags like the over the shoulder denim two tone blue bag put such a smile on one customers face I had to take a picture. ? Exotique is one of thoses stores that you have to visit several times a year to get the full breathe of the items that are constantly brought up and replaced with a seemingly endless supply of eclectic gems from over 40 local artists from around the world. Where else are you going to find a Nnenna Freelon's grammy nominated cd selling next to an 8 year olds first commissioned very beautiful art "two dogs". I took pictures but go see for yourself and let me know if I am off even a little bit.”
“This business is committed to excellence! I rush ordered a dress with no alterations and a three day window - they worked with me quickly to find a dress in stock in my size. But it was the weekend, and because I live near the store they were willing to Uber deliver the dress to my home! It was gorgeous, high quality work and everything I’d hoped for!”

I just have to give a huge THANK YOU to Toni at Lane Bryant! Me and my mother went in today looking for bras, and the experience was beyond wonderful. My mom has lost a lot of weight and was struggling to find something supportive that actually fit, and I’ve also had my own struggles being fuller-figured. From the moment we met Toni, she completely changed everything.
She is truly an expert in her field. Toni did our sizing, explained everything in detail, and personally helped us in the fitting room with so much patience and kindness. My mom had a lot of questions, and even when I started to get frustrated, Toni never once lost her patience. She gave my mom her full attention and treated her with so much care.
For me, Toni helped me find a bra that finally gave me the lift and support I’ve been needing — I walked out of that store feeling more confident than ever. I also learned more about bras and how they should fit in that one visit than I have in my entire life!
This was hands down the BEST bra shopping experience I’ve ever had. Toni is amazing at what she does, and Lane Bryant is lucky to have her. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, patient, and truly invested in helping you, go see Toni. She is the reason I’ll keep coming back.”

“I was getting incredibly frustrated with finding a decent pair of jeans and after trying a few stores at the mall, I was about to give up! I decided to give Lucky Brand a try before I went home and I’m glad I did. Dionne welcomed me into the store right away and offered to help me find what I was looking for. She was very friendly, inviting, and knew what she was doing. The process of trying on jeans can be overwhelming, but it wasn’t here. It was easy and fun! “My recent visit to anthropology mediated all of my prior issues with this store. Historically I avoided shopping in store as this is the only physical location near me and any time I visited the employees were very...awkward. almost as if they were scared of me. I don't need employees to greet me or anything. That doesn't matter to me. But, in the past, the employees at this store were so odd.
Until my recent visit. Everyone was SO helpful and sweet! I had friendly conversations with everyone and felt perfectly comfortable! I found a few pieces I loved, and as I hadn't shopped anthro in a while, I splurged ?
I will say, the selections in store are extremely limited to all anthro offers online. I don't believe the store is too small, I just think they're not optimizing the space they have.
Overall, glad my experience went well and I hope my next visit is the same.”

“I really like Kohls and found amazing deals. At checkout I asked for gift receipts for everything. The cashier asked for how many people. I said I wanted a gift receipt for each item. Again, how many people will be receiving gifts. I grouped the gifts by recipients. When I got home and was trying to match gift receipts to recipients, the gift receipts were all the same. No information was given as to why this would be the case. Why can’t a gift receipt be given for each item?”

“I saw a dress I really liked online but have never even considered a Lily Pulitzer dress before so I thought I’d take the opportunity to try it on. I had my toddler with me and I was nervous to bring him in the store because “fancy dress stores” aren’t always ok with little ones (fair enough!) But all of the sales associates were extremely kind and even talked to my son. They were all so friendly and helpful!

My favorite shopping experience is one where you can talk to someone super smart and stylish who will talk you down from all your neuroses. On that front, V&V delivers! Everything they stock is beautiful and well made, and the women who work here are consummate pros who will take you, your concerns and your taste seriously. I had the best time talking to Nia, trying on pieces she picked out for me, and getting some stylist assists from Stephanie. One of their regular customers even helped close a deal by walking in wearing a great pair of jeans (tried them on + bought my own on the spot.) 10/10 retail experience.”
