Shopping for my bathroom fixtures and tub online was so stressful. And I was scared off Lowe's and Home Depot by the reviews. When my plumber suggested I go to Wilkinson Supply I jumped at the chance. In this day and age of buying online it can be hard to find in-person places to purchase these kinds of things. Tracy was so nice! She helped me choose, told me what was a top seller, even let me sit in a tub! I would go back to Wilkinson in a heartbeat!

Tracey is awesome! We moved and decided to oversee our renovations rather than hire a GC (so we could begin work immediately). With the help of our great plumber and Tracey we successfully overhauled our 2.5 baths, and are very pleased with the results. If we ever need any plumbing fixtures we definitely will be reaching out to Wilkinson Supply in Durham.

Stopped by this store because it’s listed at EM TEK showroom , showroom was locked , went to the counter sales to see if we could get Into the showroom to see if the door hardware we are Interested in was on display - the counter salesman was rude and acted like it was completely out of his way to ask the showroom worker to come and see if she could let us look in the showroom.Showroom lady came out and acted like we were bothering her by asking if we could see if there was any EM TEK hardware on display , she said nope don’t have any, I said oh okay because this location is listed as a showroom for EM TEK, she cut me off and said no she didn’t have it, but could order it. We are looking to order around 20 pieces of door hardware and 2 sliding door hardware pieces from EM TEK. For the sheer fact of how their customer service was and we had 2 questions - I would drive to charlotte to order from another dealer before I gave this location any money .

Good, knowledgeable staff providing top notch service. It can be a little slow waiting at the counter, but that's due to them taking their time with every customer. Something truly refreshing in this day and age of giant corporate box stores.

Lived in Durham for 30 plus years and had no idea this place existed!!!. Wonderful staff, straight forward prices and plumbing parts.. kinda a cool place.. I enjoyed my visit. I bought a sump pump basin and it was cheaper here than home Depot and Lowes...

We needed a pump for a client ASAP and Wilkerson had what we needed! Joe was friendly over the phone and super knowledgeable. The pump was ready when my husband arrived to pick it up. After spending time with a sales rep. I went back in to review my potential order. The person at the front desk was talking to another person eating something. When asked do you work here her response was, well I'm sitting here behind this desk aren't I. When we asked for help and they said you need to make an appt with your sales rep. We still needed to ask several questions and each time felt like We were a bother. Very poor assistance. After 2 hours of trying to figure things out only one person asking to help us who didn't know what she was doing said sorry I'm new. There were 6 other people there working. We left frustrated, very sad and dissatisfied. Not quite sure if we will be spending thousands of dollars there. I think they just lost our business. We might just have to try another. Poor service.

Going there was recommended by a competitor that couldn't meet my needs. They are on a side street & i wouldn't have known about them otherwise. The folks behind the counter were both friendly & knowledgeable. I now have them on my "go to list" for future needs should the occasion arise.

COVID has changed Wilkinson’s showroom policy. Consider calling beforehand to set up an appointment. They usually cannot accommodate walk-ins.
