“I was having a super hard time in sam's in the clothing section and out of the corner of my eye I saw a this pretty hispanic girl in a bunch of gold chains Folding a bunch of clothes. i asked for her name and she said it was Angelina, She was the nicest worker ever, I told her how I was struggling to find some jeans for my boyfriend and i did not know his size and she was actually really helpful because i would say im super indecisive and she really helped me pick out the best pair of jeans for him. But turns out they didn't fit but the second time i came in to return to jeans I saw her again working hard at folding clothes and basically explained how they didn't fit him correctly and she recommended me a different size for him and it actually fit. Thanks you so much Angelina”
“About a month ago there was a mix-up with the notification system. They said they had my ADHD meds, but when I went to pick them up they weren't ready. The pharmacists were incredibly accommodating. One of them said, "I'm so sorry. My daughter has ADHD too. I know how much something like this can ruin your whole week; especially with the shortage going on. My name is X, and I'll be here until Y today. I'll be working on getting it sorted out for you".Most other pharmacies treat me like crack head or some other kind of drug seeker. The way I'm treated as a result of the stigma of taking stimulant medication is a huge chunk of the battle for me some days. I'm really grateful for the kindness and professionalism of those working here.”
“I would like to thank Josh, works in tires, for making my day! I experienced a flat tire around 4:30p, after working all day. Deputy Farmer, changed my tire and Josh that works in tires for Sams Club located in Durham fit me in as a walk in at 6p to check the damaged tire out. Josh discovered my tire was ripped and replaced the damaged tire. Thank you Deputy Farmer and Josh for making my day even better! Customer service was demonstrated and there are people who still care! Job well done!”

“I went for eggs. And like everywhere else the price is up. ON my most current visit a week ago. There were no eggs, no mangos or avocados. Not sure why there is a shortage of those items.
At Sam's I do the Scan and go, which I love. Any time I do interact with customer service, it's always a pleasant experience.
The store is well organized and clean..As a Sam's member I am pleased..”

“Costco is I'd say useful, but must be aware of the bulk you buy, especially if live alone or with one other person. Things like perishables..too much. They should create smaller portiions making them cost-effective like bulk. Otherwise we go to supermarket. May cost more per unit but not wasted due to bulk, therefore supermarket more cost-effective. Their model should be expanded in this manner for other items as well. Generally, very good place. St. Augustine locatiion is awesome! Employees are fantastic with good attitudes!”
