“Was a inconvenience to come today wasnt planned in the books today,because lack of communication of a socket to remove my rims off my truck..said that the company changed socket but what if I had a flat tire and couldn't remove tire .. so I drove 30 miles to get a socket so I can get brake work done on truck now postponed until later date... changed up my whole Saturday, now I've been here 2 hours because I said since I'm here I'll get my tire rotated.. what has up sets me more now, been two hours and sitting(dropped off cars ) are ahead of walk- in or inconvenience customers that drove 30 mins to wait over 2 hours now to just get a rotation..wind shield blades done.. Not happy at all today.. I was up at 7am for oil change and brakes now it's 130 I'm 30 miles away. With nothing but oil change done.. I got pay inconvenience fee for my mechanic to come out two days in row.. Not happy customer..”
