The staff is nice but the corporate pharmacy practices leave a lot to be desired. I had to switch to another chain because Walgreens' corporate policy is to wait until two days before a medication is due before they check to see if it is in stock. I have a medication that is hard to get and for several months in a row, I had to chase all over town and even other towns to find it, resulting in as many as 3 days without my DIABETIC medication. This unacceptable. Also, they don't answer their phones so it is difficult for another pharmacy to contact them.

I would not even give it a one I went there to pick up a package from FedEx because evidently they have a hub there I told the woman my name she had an attitude she came back and said it was not there I said OK they said it was well what store did you supposed to be at I am white this was a collar woman She said all Black people are not racist I said ma'am what are you talking about well you said Fay I said yes ma'am talk about FedEx well we all Black people are not gay and gay Black people are not racist all of them are not racist it's supposed to say Fay not gay they but Summers it would not let me go back and change it but I went to the store manager and I'm all air but I know that if you white and you come across this woman she is more racist than a lot of these people I see you on the streets I am not racist no bit so I am letting people know plus I'm going to FedEx now

This is the second bad experience I've had here. The first time waited forever in line bc the lady supervisor/ manager ( short brown hair with glasses) was stocking and didn't help the young cashier ( whom was very sweet and working like a rockstar) until she had to call her over for an alcohol sale (cashier wasn't old enough to sell alcohol) for the customer in front of me. I mentioned to the manager that I also had a bottle of wine, but she looked at me and went straight back to stocking in one of the aisles, so I had to wait for her to be called over again . Second experience, I'm waiting in pharmacy line to pay for an over the counter medication. I wanted to use the pharmacy bc on SingleCare the price of my medication was cheaper. The pharmacist was working alone. The customer in front of me had multiple prescriptions to pick up for multiple family members. Pharmacist dealt with one prescription, than dealt with the drive thru, customer in front of me 2nd prescription, back to the drive thru , etc. When finally another pharmacy employee came to assist I was told SingleCare prices can't be used w/o an actual doctor script. The SingleCare part is not really the fault of Walgreens, I just hate I had to wait so very long in line to be told this! For years I've come to this Walgreens w/o a complaint. My adult daughter and I were discussing how awful the customer service in this particular location has become. I don't understand the sudden change, but I really used to love this place,

Slow!!!! Drive Thur is for quick pick ups and drop offs, why do I always sit 10 to 15 in drive Thur If a person has a issue with meds or insurance tell them to come inside !!!

The pharmacist is an incompetent moron that doesn't give a d*mn about customers, so it's really no surprise the entire pharmacy staff appear to be grossly incompetent as well. Consistently the worst pharmacy (and pharmacy chain) I have ever encountered. This place needs negative stars - 1 is really too generous.

I have been waiting for my prescription for almost 4 hours now and I'm in a lot of pain with an infection. Prescriptions usually don't take hours, not sure why I'm waiting almost 4 hours. Be sure to ask about the wait times before having a prescription sent to them especially if you need it urgently.

This is the 2nd time that I have ordered a photo online and got the confirmation that it was ready, when I get to the store to pick it up the associates and managers act like they have no clue what is going on. I have all of my confirmation emails and even went an extra step to print out everything and still nothing. So be careful when ordering photos at this location because they never can find them and you will end up having to wait an extremely long time. Andy was the person helping me by the way. He claimed the order had been cancel but nothing was canceled on my end. Then when that excuse failed, he claimed it was something wrong with online ordering. Also he didn't even know what special was going on at the time(the free 8/10 photo). Once again a terrible experience, these people need training on their specials and promotions.

Awesome pharmacist and staff. We had a few bugs to work out yet again when they had a young pharmacist fill in. I was so happy to see Laura return to work After having a beautiful baby. You could not ask for better pharmacist with Laura and Pam.

The walls here are cream coloured, not green, so WHY IS IT CALLED WALL GREENS. What the hell. OK. Calming down. This is a typically massively overpriced Walgreens. The only reason it doesn't get one star is because the service is pretty nice. I got some toiletries and shaving cream here. What about it. What's it to you.

There is a young, plus-size African-American woman in the Pharmacy that is so unpleasant that I will never shop there again. I have interacted with her 3 times: 3 strikes and they're out! I am always very pleasant, so it isn't me, it's her. She must hate people or her job or something.
