The customer service at this branch is exceptionally poor and wastes our time. I scheduled an appointment to open a new account, arrived on time, but was unexpectedly required to have $25 in cash, which was not communicated initially. After promptly going home to retrieve the cash, I was informed that I needed to schedule a new appointment for another time. This wasted my entire day, leading me to decide to open an account with a different bank. I strongly advise against opening an account with Wells Fargo based on this experience.

I don’t understand how Gil calls customers over and then completely ignores me, and turns around to do other things without a greeting or “please give me a minute and I’ll be right with you” (which I totally wouldn’t mind waiting if he would communicate instead of helping NON EXISTENT drive thru customers). Literally stood there for 5 minutes before going with another teller. Other 2 ladies there were super nice and helpful :)

It's the lack of consideration. I went into the branch to make a deposit for a mutual client, this is something that we do every month. The line with some 10 people long and moving at a glacial pace. I know I should have just left. When I finally was the second person to the front of the line, one of the tellers announced that their systems were down and had been bogged down most of the morning. That announcement could have been made before I wasted 40 minutes of my life standing in a line and ultimately did not achieve my goal.
