This is one of my favorite locations. I practically know the entire team by name. They always get you in and out in a timely manner. No fuss and no frills here. Even when there is a line, the team does a great job managing people to get them in and out.definitely worth the drive and the trip to this location.

I have been treated better at literally every other Wells Fargo. I hate this this is the closest one to my job because the tellers act bothered by me whenever I come into this location for simple things. Now I’ll have to find another one to frequent that is out of my way because I can’t keep coming to a location and get treated with disrespect.

Went in to make a deposit for my employer. Was told to sit down and they would be taking the deposit . I watched while they they waited on about six other people before they started on my deposit. What happened to first come first served. I was in there for about 40 minutes

The teller was unpleasant and unhelpful. I went to pay off my auto loan. He said I would have to call to get the payoff amount. Then since it might be wrong, he would call to verify it; he refused to look it up for me. I went to another branch and she looked it up, I wrote the check and was out in five minutes.

Terrible experience. Been there 3 times to replace a debit card. Still not working. They have given me directions or information that was wrong multiple times. I didn't choose to bank here. I'm dealing with my mom's finances after she had a stroke. Horrible experience. Avoid this branch and bank (2 useless phone calls with them also.)

I was in line with 2 people ahead of me for 18 minutes and this was at 900 am when i got in line. The drive thru line is always wrapped around the building which tells me they are super slow at all times. People working were nice but the service is just entirely too slow. i was here in line with 2 cars ahead of me for over 25 minutes. No other wells fargo i have been to in durham or roxboro nc are this slow

Don’t like Wells Fargo at all...they did not notify me when some bug was coming out of my account.. and not they r taken forever to give me my damn money I’m about to move another company

Everyone at this branch is incredible. The service is the best! The team at this branch always makes me feel at home everytime I come in. They are not only helpful, attentive but also so patient and kind!
