I have located 2 authorized Samsung dealers in Durham. After arriving at the address I couldn't find We Fix It and could not get an answer when I called.

Keith is the man! He was able to fix my phone in just a few minutes and charged a very reasonable price. Every where is tailored for Apple, but he got my Samsung 22 up and running with ease. I highly recommend this place.

They stated he did not have time at 6 to fix phone even though I had appointment and u closed at 7 plenty of time for new screen he was lazy seems and was ready to go home and keep texting on his phone this person showed dis concern Awful customer service

Brought in my Galaxy S9 thinking the charging port needed to be replaced. They had the part in stock and were ready to do the repair (at the best price with coupon after calling a few places) but first tried removing lint from the port for me. It did the trick, and saved me spending any money (or further cracking the rear glass) on a repair! Very friendly service by a clearly experienced technician. (Great deals on AA batteries, too!)

Absolutely the best service in the triangle, even put a (film) screen protector on my Samsung Zflip cell for free which is a challenge for EVERYONE!! Their hospitality was awesome, period-Thank you

Store hours Say 10am on Sundays. Got there at 10 but they weren't open. Waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes and no one ever showed up. Nothing on the door or on the answering machine noting a change in store hours.

I went to this place and gave them my phone. An employee by the name of Brent was suppose to fix my screen and broke a wire. Now I cannot place a call or receive a call. This place did nothing to rectify the issue
