Kate was the only competent person on staff. Everything has gone downhill since. Whoever is answering the phones these days lacks attention to detail and active listening skills. Train your staff.

This walgreens does NOT CARRY ANYTHING OVER-THE-COUNTER. This is a SPECIALTY PHARMACY dealing with only complex prescriptions and diseases. You can't go here to buy a Cola or Tylenol. The staff are very nice and gave me directions to the nearest retail drug store.
