Used to be very courteous, fast pharmacy. Now, they are slow and rude when asked when RX will be ready. I asked several times: what time should I stop by? The woman kept answering sometime today, sometime today. Like other people have a life or a schedule? Wow. Very disappointed.

Rude, slow pharmacy. No care or respect for customers' time or health issues. I called and asked why my RX was taking so long and when to expect it, and the women kept saying: sometime today. I needed an estimated time and she wouldn't give it to me. Just didnt care about my time or need to have my medication.

So sorry to complain but I just visited Wallgreens on HIghway 54/55 and had the worst experince. So bad, I am embarrased to share it but here goes. I had an emergency bathroom experince and the there was NO TOILET PAPER IN EITHER STALL. I had to walk with my pants down to the sink and use paper towels. I hurt my elbow because I was so mad. It was 10am in the morning. The manager said..I am apologize. Nothing like Oh no, we will take care of right away, so sorry you had such a bad experience. It was if she did not care one bit. I know times are hard and staff is short but this in my book was uncalled for and should be reported.

Came in for a passport photo and I was turned away without the photo for a truck offloading as the store was too busy. If the store can’t accommodate walk-ins they should schedule appointments for this type of thing.

I’ve used this Walgreens pharmacy for 6 years. It used to be quick and efficient at filling prescriptions. In the last 3 years the service has declined and speed dropped significantly. I consistent wait in line for 20-30 minutes inside or in the drive through. I’ve gotten all the way to the window only to find out that the prescription isn’t ready. I usually have to get back in line or come back another day. Yesterday I got in a really long line and was again told it wasn’t ready It’s been in progress now for another day and not filled yet. I tried to call but was on hold for 20 minutes and finally hung up. Walgreens has managed to turn getting a prescription filled into a part time job.

Called ahead and they said insulin pump would be ready on Friday. Was not ready. Came back on Saturday and was told it would be 30 minutes. 1 hour later I was told it was out of stock despite me calling them multiple times beforehand to make sure they were ready.

The staff here is always super friendly and helpful. The lady who works the make up counter is my specific reason for posting though and she has been there since I started picking up my mothers scripts there. She always has an amazing attitude and is patient with my mother who asks a lot of questions. She helps my mother often and always goes out of her way to ask me how my mother is doing when she sees me there alone. Really makes the location feel like a part of the community. Ill often drive out of the way to go to this specific location.

This is by far the best Walgreens I’ve been to in the area. Dustin, in particular, was a very helpful person here - very proactive and had a great service mindset

Improper employee etiquette in the pharmacy while I was on the phone trying to refill a script. I overheard the pharmacist or one of the techs complaining about paying customers requesting to refill their scripts after the customer has run out of the med which is somewhat an ignorant complaint bc some ppls conditions and meds affect their memory. Overall, just not something I would like to hear when I’m calling a pharmacy for medicine.
