They have a very incompetent staff,they do not listen to the customers at all,it’s a PHARMACY not the DOPE HOUSE,you can’t pick and choose what you want to do..it’s a JOB..your dealing with ppl whom are already going through..stop trying to fill spots and hire COMPETENT PEOPLE whom are QUALIFIED to do the JOB.

I went in Walgreens to pick up a western union and completed the process on their kiosk then went to the register like the kiosk told me to do and the manager on duty and another employee stated that their wasn’t enough money in the drawer and then stated their system was down. I told the “Manager on duty” since I completed the process on their kiosk I wouldn’t be able to go across the street to Harris teeter like they suggested and pick it up. She called her manager supposedly and she told me that her manager stated that I could go anywhere else and pick it up. I then wen ya Ross the street and just like I assumed it couldn’t be found. I then went back to the Walgreens and told the manager on duty that Harris Teeter could not find it in their system. She instantly got a rotten attitude and slammed something and said to one of the employees that she wasn’t going. To call her manager back anymore. She was upset bc she didn’t want to have to go get the money out of the safe. She made it very clear that she was pissed and any customer service skills she had left. I apologized to her for any inconvenience this may have caused her. She didn’t respond and when she got back with my money she didn’t say a word. I was in shock at how she behaved and her lack of customer service skills. She should’ve apologized to me for my inconvenience. She shouldn’t be a manager having a stinking bad attitude like she did in front of other customers and her other employees. I will not ever go back to that Walgreens again if I ever go to any of them again bc of her.

Clearly states they are 24/7. Drive 27 minutes across town for them to not be open. Need first aid supplies and can’t get them.

Poor service. For a pharmacy specializing in providing medication to people in need, the do not care about people. No one cares to help or even find a solution. Do not use this pharmacy. U will die before getting any help from them.

If you are using this pharmacy please choose another. The pharmacist are rude, unprofessional, they act like they don’t know anything and can’t be of any help. This place might as well get shut down not like they any type of help. I will never be coming back here again!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. As soon as I made them my regular pharmacy they started doing shady things like putting my perscriptions in "reviewing" status for 2 weeks. I spent over 40 mins on hold (split over multiple phone calls because the system hangs up on you after 10 mins.) I also went down there multiple times to try and get the perscription refilled. Today almost 3 weeks later they tell me they won't order my medication.
On a totally different medicine, I called every 4 days asking if it was ready only to be told they would need to order it. They never ordered it. I finally went in to ask what was going on and was told by the pharmacy tech that I would need to wait for Xmas to get it. This was the 2nd week of January.

Walgreens's automated voice customer service is consistently terrible. It almost never understands what I say, so I almost always have to wait for a human being. I just spent 57 minutes on hold, waiting for a human, and then it hung up on me without anyone saying hello. Then I called and waited for another 27 minutes, and the same thing happened again. On the isolated occasions when I've reached a human, the human has usually been reasonably helpful. Walgreens needs to hire more of them and/or install a decent automated system.

This pharmacy would not honor GoodRx price on my prescription. They would not complete the transfer to another pharmacy to honor GoodRx pricing.

Every time I come to the pharmacy here, not only is my prescription not ready, but they don't even have it in their system. This is the only pharmacy I've ever been to that has this issue! I don't understand what it is about this Walgreens location.

Terribly inefficient pharmacy. Unfortunately, forced to use it as mom’s insurance no longer can be used at the Harris Teeter across the street which was great. Use them instead if you can.
