On hold for 45 minutes regarding aPrescription. Need to shut this site down as it gives Walgreens a bad name. Call to manager also went unanswered. Guess it's hard to hire competent employees when you offer sheet pay? Or is theManager incompetent?

This place is a total joke and needs to be completely restaffed. They have zero clue and do not care about the well being of their customers.

Always a great experience here. The people are so nice. They have a great selection of books and items related to the city of Durham and it history.
