Best moving company we’ve worked with. My husband and I have had to move FOUR TIMES since moving to Chapel Hill 6months ago. These guys are by far the best movers we’ve worked with. Very professional, positive, effective, efficient, reliable! Originally estimated our move would take two days but they were able to get it done in one day! Highly recommend this company. We will surely work with them again.

The guys who moved us (Richard & John) had great positive drive and personalities. They were friendly and cooperative, while also moving fast and efficiently. And also Kendra who we setup and coordinated the move with via phone was also incredibly friendly and helpful. Really an all around great experience to do business with people like this!

Great movers. They came on time and were very friendly and helpful. I had a last minute move and they were accommodating with my schedule. I did have a little trouble receiving emails from their system, but they always answered the phone and we were able to resolve the issue.

I had an excellent experience with Virtues Moving Company - I can't recommend them enough! They were extremely kind and were willing to fit me into their schedule after my other moving company canceled on me on the day of my move. They were responsive, professional, efficient, and competitively priced. They had no issues moving heavy and awkwardly shaped pieces of furniture. I had a great experience and have already recommended them to my friends, they are a great choice if you are looking for movers!

I want to give a shout out to Kenneth and Dean who delivered my piece of furniture on yesterday in Great Spirits. I had called and setup the delivery on last Wednesday with a Hovia which there was a small mix-up in the time that Hovia promised me and the actual delivery time. I called back on Friday of last week and followed up with Richard who assured me that he was sending these two Menfolk. It was a slight mix-up in communication because Richard was told that they had me down for 2pm-3pm on Saturday, instead of 8am-10am slot on what I was promised. They came to deliver my furniture at the first location and proceeded to pickup the furniture with great spirits. I was blessed to know that my furniture was handled with professionalism and care.Thanks Again! The only thing that I recommend for Virtues in the furniture is communicating better with the customer so that there is no mix-ups and punctuality.

This was our second move with Virtues Moving and we wouldn't use anyone else. They show up on time and work like machines throughout the entire move. Everything is handled with care with furniture wrapped and padded better than I would have ever imagined. Not one damaged or broken item. I have never seen a crew so eager to please and to make sure we were completely satisfied. They truly do bend over backwards to keep the customer happy. Recently moved across town and Virtues Moving was the only company to respond to estimate request in under 5 mins. The office lady was polite, thorough, and very helpful the day our move was scheduled. The day of the move was better than expected. They showed up and got right to work and kept up the same pace through the entire process. Friendly and kind, the entire crew were professional the entire time and very helpful. There is not enough words to describe how nice it was to have them move us to a new place. They even fit us into their schedule the next day to help us move things to a storage unit and retrieve items (washer, dryer, etc) that I could not do by myself. Very affordable and excellent value for the money. The relief to have moved all our things and be done with the process is beyond words thanks to Virtues Moving. I can't say enough about my movers! They did a great job moving my things from one home to another, and communicated clearly.However, I reserved a three man team and I didn't find out that only two were coming until the movers arrived. I was told by the sales agent on the phone that the third mover was still helping an earlier move, and that my rate was changed to a two man team. That's fair, I just wish I had been notified before the movers arrived.I'd also like to see a COVID safety statement on the website. I didn't think to look for one, as I assumed that those from other households would continue to mask in others homes. My movers were understanding about my request for them to wear masks inside, as I have a child who is ineligible for vaccination. They did not have masks on them, so they did have to procure some. The company should definitely furnish their movers with masks, in the event a client like me makes the request that masks are worn.

I've used this moving company on more than one occasion. Each time they were professional & proficient to my needs. Whether it was just to move a piece of furniture that I've given some one, pick up furniture that I've purchased or my entire home. They are more than economical as well. Virtues moving company did an exceptional job with my move. I can't say enough positive things about this company. The wokers were professional and very accommodating. They moved and reassembled everything in a timely fashion with no damage! I was super happy about that. I have very heavy furniture and they moved it upstairs without any issues.Virtues was reasonably priced and well worth it. I will definitely call them in the future.
