I am so grateful to Bryan, a Specialist at the New Hope Commons store. After some major issues caused by Verizon and Verizon Technical Support, to the point that I could not receive or make calls, today, Saturday, he worked with me and with a woman in Technical Support to get my phone and voicemail working again. After 2 days of over 3.5 hours of my time on the phone with Technical Support on Thursday and Friday, I am now smiling again. He was truly great!

Very rude employees at this location. I had to go to the store to get help with trade-ins of two phones since they never sent me boxes and shipping labels for the trade-ins. The person who helped me made it seem like a huge inconvenience and that somehow I had done something wrong. They wouldn't accept the trade-ins at the store and then took over 25 minutes to print a shipping label and provide a box. I've been a Verizon customer for 20+ years and I have 6 lines on my account. Their customer service has seriously degraded over that period and that's particularly disappointing given the customer loyalty I have shown to them.

Ms. Andrelle is an absolute gem – not just as a person, but also as a top-notch manager. I've had the pleasure of watching her gracefully tackle multiple tasks and come up with smart solutions for Verizon's in-store customers. She's a wizard who managed to help us with a return while still assisting others with a smile. I'm not one to drop reviews often, but when I do, it's for darn good reasons. Ms. Andrelle, you're the bee's knees! If there's anyone who deserves a fat bonus and a raise, it's you. Seriously, if everyone took a page from your book, the world would be a seriously awesome place. Big thanks, Ms. Andrelle! ?

The absolute worse service i have ever had since i have been with Verizon!!! All the employees hide in the back while one person is in the front!!!! Someone comes out takes your name and then disappears to the back!!!!!! I came in the store with one person in there besides myself sat an hour while several employees walked in and right to the back!!!! The worst!!!! I sat in Verizon almost 2 hrs for a sims card that’s ridiculous!!!! Do better y’all cost to

My mother and I were in the store today to get her a new phone. Melissa helped us and did a great job! She took the time to answer any questions my mom had and helped us choose the best options for her. We would definitely recommend her! Thank you Melissa!

Book online, and if there isn’t an appointment open, you probably shouldn’t bother. They don’t list their store phone number publicly, and even if you can find it no one will take your call. Once you’re in, the staff are helpful, but there are a lot of hoops to jump through first

Judging by the other reviews this place being so horrible is not surprising. Went in looking to buy a thousand dollar phone was starting to be “helped” by I think ruby or rosey.. she has the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. Rude, rude rude. I would ask her something and she would hardly explain it or have a snarky remark. I tried to let it go at first but she was such a slob about everything. I finally had enough of the entitlement. I went to another Verizon down the road and was immediately helped with someone who wanted to help and saved me money so I bought a new phone with them. Be aware of the horrible service at this location!

Visited this location twice in the past 2 weeks. The 1st time was to purchase a new phone and the 2nd was to resolve minor issues with it. Despite it being the holiday season the staff were able to accommodate me in a reasonable amount of time. Very satisfied with the product and the polite staff.

Just this morning I spent about an hour at this Verizon store. My experience there matches the other highly negative customer comments I read here. I am 80+ years old senior citizen and a retired UNC-Greensboro sociology professor. I walk with a stick and was wearing my UNCG cap. None of this made any difference to the young (actually quite young) lady who had "greeted me" (like "What do you want?"). She was trying to "tackle" me more or less just behind the main door. I asked her if I could just sit somewhere. She accompanied me to a bench at the back of the store and "disappeared" to get the cellphone I was interested in buying. I waited for 15-20 minutes for her to return; than just started to walk away. She then followed me with the phone as I was about to leave and asked "Do you still want to buy this phone?" I said, "No, not from you anymore." And walked out of the store. Other customer comments also indicate similar type of "instore rudeness." I would not recommend anyone to visit this store. And ask the store manager to please find out what is the matter with this you lady.Prof. (retired) A. Ahmad

Melissa is one of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with in Customer service. She refused at 6:30pm to exchange a phone that is unopened for another phone just because she was ready to leave. She blamed understaff but there were about 4-5 people there standing around pretty much. I would advise putting in someone who is willing to provide a good experience for your customers. Verizon customers don’t go to this store.(or atleast be aware of a full on attitude.)

Worst customer service EVER. I went in to buy a new iPhone. They changed my monthly phone plan after they quoted an incorrect price increase. When I asked them to change it back, somehow they could not. So now I pay $40 more per month AND I still have my old phone.
