Daraunda (spelling?) Was absolutely fantastic. I had traded my phone in at best buy and the Sim they gave me as well as my old one were not working. She spent over an hour troubleshooting and on the phone with customer service trying every possible option to get things working as efficiently as possible. She was respectful, patient, and knowledgeable. She wasnt done until she could confirm that all issues were solved. Best customer service experience I've had in quite some time. Give her a raise!

My experience today at this store with Domera was exceptional! She was professional, very knowledgeable, gracious, listened, and warm. She looked me in the eye when speaking & listening to me. At no point did she make me feel like we were rushed or that she would rather be somewhere else or helping someone else. Within 15-20 minutes, she helped solve a problem with my iPhone 13 Pro that 3+ hours on calls with 3 different techs could not solve. Domera also walked me through what it would cost to upgrade my phone, including all extra charges. The store was clean, organized, & looked well stocked. If I have to go to a Verizon store near me, it will be this one & I definitely will ask for Domera by name.

Joshua was amazing! I went in with my daughter to update my phone, and he was great help and ensured that our experience went as smoothly as possible. We asked a lot of questions, and he was able to clearly answer every one!

I'm glad I visited this Verizon Wireless store and had the occasion to work with Melissa. Aside from just being a very sweet person, she's very knowledgeable and I really felt like she geared me towards products and services that met the needs I described and it wasn't about just making a sale. And I cannot forget that you want to above to stay in contact with me and my mom while we poured it over her phone number. First class!
After many many many many years as a T-Mobile customer, I realize it was time to switch. I wasn't getting great reception in the area where I lived nor where my daughter goes to school. I was also having difficulty with maintaining my hotspot connection; and because I work remotely the ability to connect to a reliable hotspot is paramount.
I feel like I'm with a good company, in great products, And have made great relationships with Melissa and the manager at this location.

I came into the store after my phone broke, and Melissa turned my stressful situation into an enjoyable purchase. She was so personable, and didn't bombard me with extended sales offers, but curated a plan that was perfectly fitting my situation. She listened to what I was looking for, joked with us, and honestly made my day. I love my new phone already, and I will definitely be back.

Lady name Darenda( not sure the spelling ) was incredibly rude. not sure why.. guy Named tim calmed the situation and helped me as a custumer. Sales rep lady truly made me feel embarrassed in front of a bunch of people over who knows what. ill be calling corporate about this individual
