They never answer the phone! They tell you your package has been delivered but it has not been ! Totally glad I'll be leaving this area soon because it is just another Durham stereotype!

The folks that work here are nice enough, but horribly/chronically under-staffed. No sense of urgency. The property always needs cleaning and is in need of maintenance.

Always quick in and out at this location. Self-Service station is good, lots of drop off boxes, and the staff are friendly.

To this date 05/30/22 this office WILL take your personal items, say they delivered, then tape up your box as if it was in damaged condition, the mailmen won't come down your street if you don't have mail that day, (had a letter to mail for a week now making my car note late) and they don't care at all. Pretty sickening experiences with them, if you can go to ups or fed ex just for the customer experience.

Tried to pick up a package only to find that the lobby was closed, even though it was in normal business hours. No handwritten sign or anything to give an explanation why they decided not to open today. I could hear the employees in the back laughing and having a good time too. Tried calling but nobody picked up. Very frustrating!

This is by far one of my favorite USPS. First off, the parking lot is huge! There's enough space for everyone. I would suggest avoiding the lunch hours because it gets quite busy. Other than that, if you're just dropping a package off, it's quite a breeze. Happy shipping!

I have had delivery problems 3 times recently. The first one, the carrier was not our regular carrier, and I knew my package was being delivered, so I stood outside. I watched the driver come in my mobile home park, going twice the legal limit, passed right by me, went around the corner all the way to the back of the park. I figured he was delivering someone else's package, and would drop mine on the way out. But then, he came speeding out, and despite me flagging him down, he sped right past me. Next thing I know, I get an alert: "We attempted to deliver your package but were unable to access the delivery location", which was a lie...because he was never at my house!My last package was supposed to bw delivered on December 2nd, according to tracking when it was shipped out, but it was sitting in Greensboro for 5 straight days, and didn't get delivered til almost a full WEEK after it was supposed to be.And now, I have a THIRD package, which was supposed to be delivered Sat. 12/11. It wasn't delivered, again. On Sunday, it showed that it was going to be delivered on Monday, but Monday came and went, and it showed that it was sitting in this office the whole day. Now today, I get up, and check the tracking, only to find out that the package is being held at this office for pickup, "per customer's request".I NEVER REQUESTED ANY SUCH THING! I ALWAYS want it delivered, BECAUSE I AM DISABLED! So again, this office lied because for some reason, it was too inconvenient for them to deliver a simple box. This is now 3 out of the last 4 packages I have gotten.This office has gotten incredibly slack at doing their job. Inside, they're fine...but the delivery people are the problem. If it's not the regular delivery person, any replacement driver never does the job right. And meanwhile, I am having to go through one thing after another, and call them (by the way, the fact that your only phone number has no customer service option is RIDICULOUS), and whenever they don't feel like delivering something, they lie and pretend they tried, when they're the ones who can't bother reading a simple address label, or saying that I requested a hold when I did no such thing, just because they don't want to do their jobs.I understand that the post office in general has a lot of issues, including staffing, but it really doesn't help when the staff you HAVE doesn't want to do their jobs, and puts the responsibility for doing THEIR jobs on the customers. This is the 2nd time I have complained, and nothing is getting fixed.

I have a great mailman who delivers my mail..he goes out of his way with my packages and brings them to the rental office if I'm not at home. The post office is what it is. They are understaffed but doing their best to get the people served in line. Count on a little extra time around Christmas when it's busier.Appreciate them all.

It's unbeliavable how awful it is. They keep returning my packages and stating that they don't have the address! I didn't receive important stuff like my bank card because they are unable to deliver correctly.
