We have had no mail service—incoming or outgoing in 4 days. I tried to talk with someone at the post office about this and all they did was defend the carrier and say “it gets taken out of the facility.” That might be true, but it’s not coming here and the items in the mailbox are not getting picked up. And further, what is happening to the mail that’s supposedly outgoing? Absolutely unacceptable .

USPS have had a lot of downs since the pandemic like most of bigs companies, employees are always in need year long. Despite that most of them do everything they can to help costumers. Most of them if you need to ask anything they would help you. We as a costumers need to start sharing also when they do good and deliever correctly bc complains and bad reviews comes when you do a mistake but when everything goes well no one says anything. Be kind to others.

On 10/07/2023, my package was left on the curb in the street, this is not acceptable and I am handicapped, I miss our regular lady who did a good job and took the job seriously, there is no reason my package should have been left on the curb of the street for someone to steal. I am very disappointed with USPS, out of 30 plus years at being at this address, I have never had a problem with USPS. Good thing my neighbor saw it.

Everytime i have a package coming it never gets to me but my mail never gets misplaced. And they never follow my delivery instructions either.

As much money as the post office get from me for business I wish they would do much better than they do.I leave out going packages in the mail box for pick up with the flag up and a number of times it is not picked up. Doesn’t do any good to call over the years the supervisors all say the same thing but nothing changes. This happened this week and I didn’t realize package was not picked up till after post office closed. Customer needed by Friday. I had to then repackage and send by UPS so customer would have by today (Friday).I guess every time I have a problem now I will post here, hopefully the upper management will see and make some changes.Some of the mail carriers are so rude and stay on the phone talking more than delivering mail in the right boxes. I get more mail that doesn’t belong to me and people get my mail.Never posted anything on the reviews in all the years I’ve dealt with USPS but over the last 10 * years service constantly getting worse. Seriously Thinking about going back to UPS for all my shipping for business.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! Their low star rating is deserved. Four months ago I purchased an early Christmas gift for my daughter from eBay. The package was insured through Priority Mail. My package was delivered to the wrong address. Because I live in an apartment complex they could not “pin point” the exact apartment where it was left. The postal worker that I dealt with for 45 minutes about my situation was nice but unable to resolve my issue. When I asked to speak to the manager they went to get him but he would not leave his office to speak with me. Since this time I have had 4 packages (that I have photos of) delivered to my apartment that belonged elsewhere. I am an honest person so I hand delivered them to the home where they belonged. I was NOT that lucky and my daughters unique and costly Christmas gift is gone. The online postal insurance claim service would not allow me to file a missing claim to refund me for my package so back to the Eno River PO I went. Still no idea from either woman working that day about how this could be resolved. They kept saying it had been delivered in my complex. Couldn’t get them to understand that that didn’t mean I had not received it!!! One employee overheard what I was saying and named the particular employee by name. She said that it was a constant issue with her delivering mail to the wrong person. Should reading tests be given to employees to insure they can read or to make sure they are not dyslexic? I received informed delivery confirmations of my mail as it is scanned into the post office. On Oct. 31, 2022, I received notice that I had a government mailing in my box. Because of the sensitivity of the information in these letters I went that evening to get my mail. GUESS WHAT???? It WASN’T in there!! Yet ANOTHER mistake made by our carrier!!! I’m livid! If an employee continually makes mistakes in delivering the mail, she should be fired! What is the difference in putting my sensitive government information in the hands of a stranger and someone stealing the mail? The loss of personal information has been compromised and stolen from me.

I don't get the negative reviews for the office. They have always been nice, courteous, efficient, and ha e helped me with all of my needs. I've been going here for over 3 years and have never had a bad experience. I also don't tend to wait in long lines unless it's the Friday before Xmas, but that's my own darn fault - not theirs. Great place. Strongly recommend.

USPS picked up my package but didn’t scan it, it’s two days later. The customer paid for 1day priority mail snd didn’t receive it the day she was supposed too. I think she’s should receive a refund personally.

I don't know what post office all these other people have been going too, but it sure ain't the Eno River one... The staff here is helpful, kind, and fast. I've been coming her for 3 years and never had a single issue. My mail carrier is one of the nicest people on the planet.To all y'all leaving rude 1 start reviews - y'all need to reconsider how you all talk to and about people. They are humans doing a difficult job in a difficult time.

This P.O. has the friendliest staff and very helpful, usually pretty quick in and out.

Customer service is very poor. Also if you ask for a quote ensure you get a print out, because when you go back the price is much higher. Their excuse is the scale is probably off.Go to any other USPS if you can.

Over 28 years of packages not delivered correctly.Package left sitting next to mailbox instead of being brought to my door. Second time this month this has happened and by the same carrier that the manager was supposed to have talked to her the first time. Hopefully know one will steal it before I can get it.

can I rate zero stars? These people will literally look at one of your packages and just decide not to deliver it, we've chased down the mail trucks before to watch them literally pull our package from their lap to give it to us, the are spiteful, thiefs, or just plain God damn incompetent. Worst serve from a post office I will ever have in my life.
