Store wasn’t busy—one person at the counter and two in line, but all of their staff were doing stuff in the back instead of helping customers.They refused to honor a coupon from The UPS Store.Leaned my lesson—go to the Post Office or FedEx.

I went in today to drop off three packages. My packages were already pre-labled, so all I needed was a receipt for proof of drop off. When I walked in, there was a customer being helped at the counter and one other customer waiting in line. I saw an employee directly across from us sitting down watching something on her phone. She sees a line forming, so she gets up and proceeds behind the counter. When she calls the next customer up she is still watching her phone laughing. The customer says, "How are you," and her response is, "Good..you," in a "I really don't want to be bothered attitude". I blame this on management. I'm sure this isn't the first time this employee has done this and I'm sure it won't be the last. Management, I would review video footage and bring this incident to your employees's attention. Let her know that without customers, she wouldn't have a job!

The Asian lady working here is very rude and argumentative. She tried to argue with me that i needed a box to ship my return when I’m telling her that the seller doesn’t state that and I was actually informed of the opposite - that I could take my unboxed return to a UPS store. She would not listen to anything I had to say until her colleague pointed out what I was saying about the shipping sticker being directly on the item box. I was trying to tell her there was no other box I could give her. Really from the start of the interaction she was rude because as soon as I brought out my QR code she was like we can’t take returns with a QR code. Anyway I’ll never come to this location again. The two other young ladies are great though in case you do stop by!

I called the store and I spoke with Janet. She was very rude. She hung up the phone with me and then she also said I was lying when I told her I lost my voice. That’s why I’m speaking loudly I would not come back to the store, and I would like to make an a complaint.

This was my all time store and have used it to return Amazon items with prepaid labels. I returned two unpackaged items together and each was scanned; as usual, Amazon refunded immediately as soon as the items were scanned. Surprisingly, one of the items was received by Amazon whereas the other one never got to Amazon and this made Amazon to charge me. A visit to the store did not help as I had already wasted the receipts.Sorry but I’m not going to use this store again!

Wanted to support local business. However, terrible customer service by the store owner. She instructs her employees to squeeze out every penny from the customer. I was about to return an Amazon package which no longer fit in the original package. Associate had to check with store owner. I was asked to buy an extra package to cover the top of the package which was open (first time ever, usually any UPS store takes packages without a hitch). Was prepared to pay the extra fees for a package box and asked if I could use their shipping tape for sealing the box. Associate said she is instructed to ask customers to buy their own tape !! That was too much of milking customers for every penny. I decided to go to another UPS store. Went to another store and could drop my package without paying anything extra ! Best decision to leave the store. Glad I listened to my intuition.

The woman who runs the store is very rude. After paying for overnight shipping my package was never scanned and sent due to error of the store. Still waiting on a refund.

This store is always closing earlier than they are supposed to! I was there at 4:50 and the door was locked with no one inside. If a business says they open until 5pm that business should honor the closing time.
