Abysmal, egregious customer service experience.I picked up a package containing court documents requiring a signature. Unfortunately, the certification of receipt card was not with it. This is not necessarily the store's fault. The driver may have inadvertently not included it.When I called back at 3:00 PM to ask if confirmation of pick up may have been recorded and accessible through the tracking number, the staff member kept asking me if I dropped off a package, and then interrupting me when I tried to explain. After a few rounds, I was able to ask if she could please look up the tracking number. She said the system would be updated after close of business and it would show tomorrow. I asked her to please look it up anyway. She replied that it wasn't necessary. I asked her to please look it up anyway in a tone of voice that was firm, but not unprofessional or angry. She then hung up on me.I called back five times, each call going to voicemail after ringing several times. On the sixth call, instead of ringing, the auto message picked up immediately stating the store was closed, and continued to state the store hours, closing Mon - Fri at 6:30 PM. The time of my final call was 3:25 PM.I drove back over to the store to hopefully get my question answered and complain. I was told there is no manager; he quit. Also, there is only a regional manager, who is the store owner. The staff member I spoke with on the phone could not answer my question. Another employee did.I then addressed my complaint to the staff member who hung up on me. She did not deny it, or that she turned on the after hours message. She then walked away while I was speaking to her to do other tasks. She refused to speak with me, and ultimately went to the back of the store where she remained.I called out to her, asking to consider my position, and that this was terrible customer service, adding, You suck! in an angry tone. At this point another employee engaged with me, asking me to leave the store. I replied, No problem, I will. I then pointed out the absurdly poor customer service, specifically at no time did any of the staff take accountability, show any consideration for the way I was treated, or my frustration. The employee replied, Why should we care about you? You don't care about us. Incredulously, I pointed out the irony of experiencing terrible customer service when complaining about terrible customer service. He threatened to call the police. I replied, please do. He then escalated the interaction, angrily stating I was yelling at a child. I attempted several times to clarify I was attempting to have a conversation with him, to no avail. He again threatened to call the police if I didn't leave. I replied, Go ahead. Exactly what law am I breaking? He attempted to explain trespassing. At this point, I became exasperated, and loudly used profanity to insult the staff.I am 51 years old, and have never cursed out anyone at a business like this. I am intentional about considering the other person's feelings, as well as giving them the benefit of the doubt. I consider myself skilled at constructive conflict. During this whole experience, I never completely lost my temper. In fact, I chose my words with consideration, to help them understand there are consequences to poor customer service worth avoiding.

Unfortunately, we used this UPS store to send out our wedding invitations. Not a single one made it to their destination, and it has been weeks since we sent them. Some were addressed to North Carolina addresses. Now we are out the money for 30+ invitations and the postage fee. I would not recommend using this store if you are sending anything not tracked.

Prior to filing a formal complaint with the Department of The Secretary of State regarding the notary services onsite, I’d like to discuss my experience with the unprofessional staff at this UPS location. Please advise on who I need to contact and how to do so. The previously mentioned staff was not willing to help with that either.

They charge a $3.23 fee for a single-page return label and refused to allow me to utilize their printing service. They explained that if I wanted to print the label on-site, it would cost $3.23. Consequently, I opted to pay $0.30 at FedEx and returned to their location to drop off my package. I intend to contact the central UPS office to file a complaint.

In and out with return of Spectrum equipment. They provide the packaging and pack it - all I had to do was bring it in. So much better than visiting a Spectrum store - life is too short for that. Thank you 9th St UPS store!

Store makes up its own rules and charges a $5 hold fee for each package, no matter how small, even though the company shipping it to you says Free UPS store pickup. When you call to complain, you are interrupted, not given a chance to explain what happened, and are told that the store is a franchisee and makes its own rules. What is stopping them from charging $25 per package? What if a $15 order was supposed to be free UPS store pickup but shipped in three separate boxes and now you pay $15 just for your package to enjoy the luxury of a sitting on a shelf for an hour? Some UPS stores actually charge you $5.00 per day and never call you to notify you that your package is there, let alone accumulating charges. Before you ship to a UPS store for free UPS pickup, call that store to see if they charge a package hold fee. Better yet, just stop using UPS stores. If they are allowed to make up rules like this and get away with it, just pay extra to have it shipped to you.**Update**Please read the pathetic response from the owner, claiming to aim to provide top notch experience that exceeds expectations. What a joke. Top-notch? You didn't even notify me that my package was there, you charged a fee without disclosing it anywhere on your website, and you did nothing to resolve the matter. People need to stop using UPS Stores. They do what they want, charge what they want, and are not held accountable for it because they are independently owned and operated.

I greatly appreciate the help that Krystal gave me in locating which address my package was delivered to. Her investigation took about 45 minutes, with the store closing at the beginning of my phone call. Not only did she find the package's location, but she also drove to the site, retrieved the package, and delivered it to the correct address! Without Krystal's help, I would not have been able to find the package, since the address it was delivered to was not shown on my UPS tracking page. Krystal found its location through the phone calls and investigation she carried out.The whole process took about one hour, and most of it was after her shift had ended and the store had closed. I'm deeply grateful to Krystal for her thoughtfulness in taking responsibility for solving my dilemma!

My Packaged were drop off (no box or label needed). She scanned my qr code then tells me I need a box. I told her my return said no box needed. She rudely said well I'm sorry, we can't ship it like that. I went back to Mt vehicle and got a box and there was a lady who just dropped off a jacket with no box and nobody denied her.

I called this evening to inquire about a package I had sent off for amazon return. I was not quite understanding and the employee was short and rude when offering me an explanation. She proceeded to hang up the phone before I could ask anything else. I called back and asked her if there was an issue that needed to be reconciled because I was not understanding why I was hung up on to which, she hung up again. I suggest your employees learn effective communication because luckily I opted not to come into the store myself since the phone lines seem to be tangled or, I would hope you all are not in the best area of connection. I remember her name and would be glad to converse with you all about it. Thank you.

Overpriced store with very rude staff. Don't go there!Almost 12 dollars for a single standard cardboard box (that apparently you cannot return) is simple price gouging and not 'an unexpected cost'. I have written about the customer service issue to the main UPSoffice.
