Total shoutout to UnTuck It at Southpoint! First, the quality of the clothing is a complete value. The non-wrinkle flannel is super soft yet has structure. The non-wrinkle sport shirt fabric is truly non-wrinkle. I have at least 20 clothing items from this brand and the older stuff still looks “lightly” worn despite 30+ times through the washer/dryer.Second, the people at this store are just helpful. Whether you’re looking for a consult on what might be good for your style or if you need to exchange something, they will go the extra mile to serve. I can’t go into detail, but the team did me a solid on an exchange; I believe they would have treated any customer the same way. Thanks UnTuck It Southpoint team!

Went in today to do some Christmas shopping and I felt the need to give a shout out to the gentlemen who helped me. They were very kind and helpful. I had several packages already and was tired, sitting on the sofa waiting for them to finish up with other customers. They answered all of my questions and brought shirts to me so I could see them and not have to carry my packages around the store. They went above and beyond today and I wanted to say thank you!!!

Really good people and quality of clothing seem to stand up to the price. I'll be changing over most of the wardrobe due to this place. Shirts are soft and comfortable while seeming to stand up. It's definitely worth checking out if you need busoness casual as well.

I wish there were more of these stores in more malls around the country. Yes these shirts are a little bit expensive, but they fit so well, they feel great on me and they last a long time. When I wear one, it makes me feel professional and handsome without feeling too over the top formal. The customer service in the store was very nice, I brought in two shirts that were a little bit too large for me that I had received as a gift. They let me try two other sizes on and they were able to find the same shirts that I liked in the size that fit me correctly. From there, the staff was able to process the exchange within one minute. They have a smooth efficient process and they have a very good quality product.

I ordered a shirt online for my wedding and after numerous days stressing because ups website wasn't updating the tracking I contacted the chat icon with UNTUCKit. Kaela responded and helped me out and let me know she actually had the shirt I needed in stock and she could over night ship it to me just to assure me and eliminate my anxiety over not having my shirt in time. Her customer service speaks volumes and was so much appreciated. Within 15 min I already had tracking and my new shirt was on its way. I will be a lifetime customer based off of her customer service.
