My husband and I had the BEST experience here. We truly felt that we were treated like family and did not feel pressured or like someone got over on us like some other dealerships do. They made sure the purchase made sense for our family and that the vehicle would be reliable for years to come. I highly recommend working with Danielle Reynolds because she is very thorough, competent, and truly cares about her customers. The General Manager Aric Stanger is fantastic! He truly runs a great dealership and cares for his customers. You can tell that the work environment is great here, Aric and Danielle were amazing. The finance manager that we worked with Maria Mejia is amazing as well, he made sure we understood every form that we signed and truly made signing all of the contracts a breeze. I can't recommend University KIA of Durham enough!

My 2nd recall, with a new Telluride. I got this recall, made the appointment to repair the recall. Arrived on my date for the recall to be corrected and was told this appointment was to make an assessment for the part needed, not to repair the recall. So I have to make another appointment when the part is on. Terrible service department…

I had a great experience at University Kia. Salesperson Kezionne was very knowledgeable about the Forte' and patient during the buying experience. Because I knew what I wanted the process moved along pretty quickly. We finished up in the heat of rush hour traffic. Rather than have me wait for him to gas up the car and bring it back to the dealership, Kezionne followed me to the gas station so that I could head home from there. My daughter loves the car. It's perfect for her. She says she feels safe in the Forte and the size is just right.

Editing my previous review. BEWARE….when you come here for service and you are given an estimate make sure you ask them how much ‘shop supplies’ will be. My total was $75 more than the estimate. Some was tax but ‘shop supplies’ were around $38. The person checking me out said it was explained to me that the estimate was ‘before tax and shop supplies’. This is incorrect. No mention beforehand of anything other than tax. My purchasing experience was fine but after this experience I will go elsewhere for service.

The buying experience at University Kia was excellent. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. Our sales consultant, Tracy Nickels, was exceptional. Tracy never made us feel pressured to buy. She was honest and we believe she was truly working to make sure we were getting the vehicle we wanted at a fair price. Her communication was exceptional. I loved that we were given extra time to test drive and get to know the vehicle, too. This made us more confident in our decision. Big thanks to Tracy for making the whole process better than we expected. Also, a shout out to the sales experience manager, Sharon, for the gift and for making us feel welcome there.

I wanted to give less than 1. The worst experience I had when I tried to lease EV6. The website shows one amount which they don't honor and on top of it they said it is system fault. Then I believed and moved on.. Again after 4 days manager called me and followed by message says - if you lease it today you will get the price not listed on the website but more for the car you are looking for.. Still it is over my budget however I was excited and went there to sign up. Surprisingly, I was told by associate the car which I am looking was sold few days back.
