Professionalism in the entire buying process. Great communication throughout. Bought a used F-150 and excluding the test drive (which was just me, no pressure salesperson ride-along) they agreed to let me have a mechanic check it out- zero hesitation from their part, no questions asked.
Everything looked great and made my decision to buy almost a no-brainer.
Will certainly recommend for a used truck purchase to anyone looking!

I would like to post a review to University Ford North service dept.
My wife & I are really pleased with the service support we have received from the service team, mainly Wesley who handles the services on my wife's Flex. We had made an appointment to have a recurring seat issue fixed. They were extremely helpful today & met our tight timeline we were having to work in.

His level of concern to ensure I was comfortable and pleased with the overall buying process was admirable and very impressive. His honesty, expertise and attention to detail is unsurpassed by any car salesman I've dealt with before, and I've seen many in my lifetime. Moreover, the pre-owned vehicle I purchased was of the highest quality and was presented in pristine condition. Products of this nature to me, are testament to the vehicles sold at UFN every day. I'm from Colorado and purchased a van from University Ford North last week and they were AMAZING. They had a great price on the vehicle and worked with me to get paperwork sorted out in advance of me landing and driving 24 hours to get home. They had the van parked out front before I arrived and I was in and out, as they promised, in less than an hour. We worked around some of their employee vacations and it was seamless handoffs and great communication the whole time. Great team of folks across the board!

Schedule a mobile service and tech was on time. He performed service on my truck and was done quickly!! Will use University Ford for all my service needs!! Great people to deal with!! Customer service was the best I have had! Good job guys!!

I had my f150 serviced on 5/25/24. I am sure that this doesn't happen too often but I owe the service representative an apology for poor rating of service. I had my BCM reprogrammed. Wes told me that he wasn't sure if this would fix my problem. However, he politely pulled me in during his busy schedule and I had very high hopes of driving the truck to GA to carry some medical equipment to my sister.
When I picked up my truck, I had driven a mile and it began doing exactly the same thing as before. Out of frustration and 250.00 I went home and parked the truck and made other means of getting to GA. On Monday when I returned I was sent a survey about the service given. I graded the service poorly. On Wednesday, I decided to start the truck
I drove it to Roxboro since it appeared to be working fine
I drove yesterday and it appears to be doing fine.
I want to express my deepest apology to the university ford north team for my poor ratings
You guys are awesome in my eyes.

Purchasing a new car is one of my least favorite activities. These folks made the whole process straight forward and easy. Steve Bray is an awesome representative and I highly recommend him.
