We walked into University Ford North Durham and were immediately greeted by David. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. He took the time to listen to our needs and help us make the best decision for our family. The purchase process was smooth, thanks to the entire staff. David even put the final polishing touches on my vehicle and helped me set up my Android Auto and Ford Pass. Thank you, David and Ford, for an AMAZING experience. I LOVE my 2024 Ford Escape!!

Took home the BS Badlands today. Had a pleasant experience with Bobby and crew,. Got hooked up with Ford Credit and they beat my Credit Union rates. I was also the last customer late on a Saturday but that did not fail their Customer Service to make sure I left the lot satisfied.

Called Bobby Woodell Tuesday at 9:30. He said come in at 10:30 and had the perfect Red Ford Edge for me to look at. I decided to purchase the Edge to replace a white Edge that I totaled two weeks before. Bobby worked with his manager to get all the rebates I could qualify for and then helped me go online to get the $500 military discount. He made the task of purchasing a new car painless and I am very happy with the car and the purchase at University Ford Durham.

The salesman Mr David Harrington was more than very helpful with my purchase. His level of concern to insure I was comfortable and pleased with the overall process was very impressive. His attention to detail is unsurpassed by any car salesman I’ve ever dealt with before, and I’ve seen many in my lifetime. Moreover the vehicle was of the highest quality which is testament to the product University Ford North produces every day. GM Jamie Young and the entire staff here are “Top Shelf” !! Thank you !!

The service team was great, but they shed light on some repair work that had been done on my vehicle which made me feel swindled by the sales team. A car that had been in an accident bad enough to require bodywork on the frame (noted by the service team as poorly done bodywork) is something that should be disclosed to a potential purchaser. I've barely had the car 3 months and it's already been in the shop for recalls that existed prior to purchase, plus this news. This is unacceptable from a safety perspective, and it is making me second guess driving my family in this vehicle. If withholding information and not preemptively completing recalls on vehicles less than 5 years old is standard practice for this sales team/dealership, I will not be purchasing from this dealership again.

My husband and I purchased a new Ford F-150 Lariat. This purchase has been THE WORST buying experience we have ever had. To begin with, during the finance portion of the sale we noticed that the price jumped up by several thousand dollars. After questioning the finance associate he explained that this was the warranty that was added in. This was concerning as he did not ask us if we wanted to purchase the warranty and simply took it upon himself to add it in without explanation. We decided to continue with the warranty for now as he explained that we could drop it at any point in time. This was unfortunately just the beginning of our problems. Once the sale was completed we noticed after only a day of driving that the vehicle was making a loud humming noise. My husband tried calling our sales associate, Malachi Jones, whom ignored every last call and text message. In fact, due to his unresponsiveness we ended up having to drive up to the dealership 30 minutes away to report the issue. My husband ended up meeting with the sales manager, Daniel Queen to discuss the issue we were having. Daniel rode in the truck with my husband and reported that the noise "was normal and just the turbo". We left that day with the issue unresolved and with an uneasy feeling. My husband called Daniel again in the morning and he said to bring the truck in and he will have it looked at and would expediate the process when in all actuality the expedited date was 2 weeks out. We were not satisfied with this outcome and the lack of responsiveness that we were receiving so we tried to call the store manager, Dan Antonios, who ignored all of our calls as well. To escalate the issue we called Ford Corporate to report the issues that we were having. That same day we went back up to Ford and spoke with Daniel Queen again who in turn spoke with the service manager and reported that our vehicle would be looked at no later than Monday which was a few days away. My husband rode in the truck with the technician who also reported hearing the loud humming noise. That Monday we received several text messages within minutes apart reporting the service timeline from the beginning of service to completion all within a 15 minute span. University Ford reported to us both verbally and in writing that "nothing was wrong with the vehicle". Once we picked up the truck we noticed that the bed liner had been cut with a grinder on both sides where the bed of the truck meets the cab of the truck causing damage to the body of the bed of the truck. We notified Daniel Queen who told us to get up with our warranty provider on getting this fixed which is unjustified as they were the ones who caused the damage. I believe their nonchalant attitude and damage caused to our vehicle was in retaliation to our calls to Ford corporate and negative review due to their poor customer service/satisfaction. Again, unsatisfied with the outcome we were able to secure an appointment at another dealership and service provider over an hour away a few days later. The same day that the truck was brought into the service provider we received a phone call reporting that the truck had major mechanical issues and was not safe to drive. The mechanic we were working with told us that the vehicle was visibly damaged and that there was no way that University Ford could have missed this if they truly looked at the truck. University Ford's negligence could have resulted in severe bodily harm or death to ourself, family, or fellow pedestrians/drivers if we had continued driving a vehicle that they deemed as "safe to drive with no issues". The lack of empathy and lack of concern for customer safety is truly alarming. To this day we still have yet to receive any type of follow up or apology from the University Ford management team including the store manager which is upsetting as we were once loyal customers. Due to this unnerving situation I will never purchase from this establishment again due to their gross negligence and disregard for safety.

This is by far the best place I have ever used for any car's service. It is excellent, warm, friendly and you can always count on them doing a good, thorough job. I have been getting my cars serviced for a long time ( I am 90 years old!) and this is the best place of all.

Working with Alfredo was truly a breeze. He didn’t pressure us to make a move, answered all of our questions, and was knowledgeable about the truck (F150 Lightning). I’d strongly recommend working with Alfredo and the team at University Ford.
At the end of the day, I felt like I got a good deal and love my new truck.
