I've been a patient at TCP since 2018 after moving to the area. Robin at the desk is always kind, as are the other staff. The medical assistants and nurses are professional, friendly, and compassionate. Dr.Klein is the best doctor I've ever had. He truly listens to you, doesn't condescend, and is personable. As a woman, I've had plenty of clinicians downplay my symptoms and he's never done it once. Terrific at diagnosing and explaining. He also is knowledgeable about the resources available outside the office, and their quality. I've been so pleased that I even got my husband to switch to this office and his care. What a wonderful facility to have in our community.

Edit: not sure why these NP/DA are being pushed onto patients trying to make urgent visits with their normal provider, one was excellent and one was a veal with a stethoscope. Never saw Dr Klein but I can say Dr killanois is one of the nicest down to earth folks around. Always appreciated a reliable doctor down to EARTH. Very unimpressed with Klein and his new grad, PA Lucille care and bedside manor.

Dr. Pennington was my primary physician for over twenty year and Dr. Pennington was the best that anyone could want in a doctor. Very professional and takes care of his patients.

The owner was very rude and she also text me threatening me and my two 3 yr old and 7 yr old sons because I told her that I needed fresher food be my son had ate one price I’d chicken out of his order, but the food was very dry and it look like it had been sitting out for maybe hours. She got really upset and texted my phone all night. By the way it eas delivery. These are the messages that she send me.

I've been a patient at this clinic for over 20 years. It's a wonderful place, the people are always friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Klein is my doctor and he is the best doctor I've ever had. He is always on top of things and very thorough. You won't find a better doctor anywhere. The wait time is minimal, always.

I am trying to get established with a new Doctor since I've moved here from out of state. I tried to get established with Dr. Klein. First, I left a message on the voicemail as directed for new patients. I never heard back. I called a second time, talked to someone in the office and they took my information and assured me the scheduler would call me back to set up an appointment. That never happened. I called a third and final time, talked to a person in the office and explained the process I had followed. She said the scheduler was out to lunch, but would have her call me back.Three phone calls, no reply or follow up

Everyone at Triangle is very kind, helpful, and understanding. I wouldn't see anyone else but Dr. Kallianois. He is professional, caring, and listens to his patients concerns.

I have never been to this office before and do not ever plan to after speaking to the receptionist, Sylvia. She was VERY rude and not a pleasant person to speak to whatsoever. I would recommend a different person answering your phones, as she would make someone turn away from your clinic in a heartbeat.
