We reached out looking for someone to help us VERY last minute with a project, not realizing they closed in about 20 mins of us calling. Bob was AMAZING, He got all the details perfect and was able to finish the job within about a hour. WE WILL DEFINETLY use them again for any future jobs we will need.

Basketball folks: We had a commercially made plaque displaying a piece of the floor that had been at Carmichael Auditorium (UNC), and my husband had a chunk of flooring from the old Woollen Gym floor. Tri-City designed this coordinating plaque for the Woollen piece. They did an awesome job and were fast, friendly, and affordable. We love it!

So grateful for the customer service they provided me with today. I made a mistake in communicating the details I wanted done on a trophy and they fixed it for me free of charge and in a matter of minutes. They allowed me to use the top from one design and the bottom from another. The price was very reasonable and turn around time was great.

Had a very unique plaque recreation project involving a military challenge coin and a Navy SEAL insignia. Turned out waaaay better than I expected. The crew at Tri-City signs was extremely accommodating, professional, and meticulous. I would not consider going anywhere else after this incredibly positive experience with Tri-City signs.

I am HIGHLY impressed with the work that Tri City did on a very special plaque that I needed made. The turnaround time and customer service was fantastic. The finished product was exactly what I wanted it to be! I will definitely be using them again and will recommend this company to anyone needing this type of thing done!

I have been using Tri-City signs for 30 years...Bob and his team have been so easy to work with and the finished product is always exactly the way I need it to be. If you need signs, awards or specialty items, I would recommend them first

Piss poor communication. I called and talked to Bob about the urgency that I needed four trophies. He talked like it would be no problem at all and told me to email him what I wanted. Well I did that and a couple of hours pasted no response from him. So I called him back and he said he got my email and would respond shortly. Well he never did and he left me hanging. THanks for wasting my time BOB. If you want great trophies visit Crown Awards online.
