I gotta say my experience was well above par. The reps were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They seemed to really care about their offerings, and I love my suit even more because of that. I went to a wedding in the Alps and had a little hike up the mountain to the photos spot. The suit was well tailored and comfortable, even on the hike! Hunter went above and beyond throughout the entire process.

Apparel - Ticknors of SouthpointMack at Ticknors is the secret hero! After basically running out of the first place we visited, we found Mack at Ticknors. He listened to what we wanted and to make sure he understood our style. In about a 30 min visit, we were dressed to impress. He was professional, but cool and was never pushy. Seeing each other in our suits brought up so much emotion because we were so impressed with how good we looked.

Shout out to Hunter, Mack, and the entire Ticknors team for always being so kind, patient, and all around AMAZING! My fiancé wanted a specific color suit and Hunter was able to give us exactly what we were looking for. He truly is amazing at what he does. And Mack is a gem with a great eye. They really made my fiancé feel special and made this a truly fun and enjoyable experience. Even brought my dad in to get his suit and once again these guys were just so sweet, quick, and got him what he wanted. We got suits for our groomsmen here as well and Hunter even followed up to make sure all the guys were good. Definitely a 10/10 for customer service, quality, and timeliness.

I go there now for my clothes when I'm really looking for something modern/ stylish/ and really spot on for the particulars of that current need I have. Mac is my go to guy there, but there are several others I really like also. Great place for men!

These guys are incredible! I've been buying clothes from Ticknors for 11 years. They never cease to amaze me. I no longer buy causal or dress clothes from anyone else. Keep up the good work guys :-)

Super cute little suit shop! Their service is miles ahead of any other place I've been to. Their selection ranges from affordable to premium, and they have the friendliest employees. I recommend this over Belk any day.

Was made very uncomfortable and fun of in there. Disrespectful and rude employees. Was taken advantage of when asked for a moderately priced suit. Do not recommend shopping with them. Had better experiences at another location but will never recommend anyone here again.
