I have been a long-term repeat customer of this UPS Store location ...a statement I never thought I'd ever make about a print and shipping store. The biggest reason for this has been the wonderful help provided by Casey over the years. Casey is hands down one of the most knowledgeable, competent, and eager-to-help person you can imagine. Glad to have found this place!

I was trying to ship a gift to my friend and was inappropriately racially profiled by the clerk. I felt so uncomfortable, I left and took my business elsewhere. Her non-verbals and nasty looks made me feel very unwelcome. I've shipped with ups before and never got this type of treatment. You guys need to spruce up your staffing at this location.

Special shouts out of acknowledgment to Casey. I jokingly call her an octopus cause I’ve literally seen her handle a line of customers gracefully and professionally! And each time it wows me. She is always so respectful nice and knowledgeable about all things shipping. I only come to this UPS store. Only downer is when I do see her she is always by herself hopefully she gets the help she deserves.

I stood at the register with a heavy box and asked for help finding a QR code on my phone stepped aside twice so others could go ahead, asked again for help, but neither associates were willing to assist me! I left very upset and appalled with the lack of customer service!!

Casey is one of the hardest working employees at this store. She is always there to help and get me checked in and out right away. She has a great attitude and an outstanding work ethic. I was a recruiter for a long time, and I would love to of had all of our employees we hired that worked for us have her work ethic and attitude. She puts in 100 percent consistently and I would like her to be recognized for doing such a great job. Most companies would give anything to have employees like her.
