My interaction with Original Mattress Factory staff in Durham and Raleigh was exceptional, from my first conversation with Connor the sales rep manager (who didn't behave at all like a "sales rep"), to Jordan the measurer, to Nick the manager, to Greg (Gary?), the first delivery person -- all were personable, authentic, kind professional.
The person who built my mattress was actually the same person who delivered it!
I'm in the midst of a never-ending home renovation, during which I've had so many frustrating customer service experiences, the personalities and service orientation of OFM was refreshingly unusual.
I never once talked to a recorded machine. They answer the phone. They return calls. They have a sense of humor.
There was miscommunication about the customized size of my mattress and box spring. OFM made it right and did so with neither defensiveness of themselves nor blame of me.
It was a beautiful thing for me. And I'm now sleeping comfortably in my grandparents' oddly-sized antique bed.
I almost want to buy another mattress from OMF just so I can interact with them again.

Replaced our old Original Mattress Factory set with a new mattress and box spring. The new one is quite comfortable and well made. The last set was quite durable. There's a good reason we are return customers.

I have been a customer of Original Mattress Factory for years and I will continue to do so. Conner helped me with my purchase and the delivery guys were awesome. The quality of merchandise is the highest and their customer service on all other aspects is the best. Other companies could learn a lesson on how to treat their customers. Love them!

The Original Mattress Factory makes purchasing a quality bed a good experience. Low pressure in the showroom, good information about the product. Delivery service is excellent. My first purchase was in 2007, best beds my family has ever slept on. Recently upgraded a single bed to a full. Won't consider shopping anywhere else!

We've had our Original Mattress Factory Mattress for about 30 days now. We bought the Orthopedic Super Pillow Top Mattress - double sided. We are using this on our platform bed with a plywood board underneath to protect the pillow top on the reverse side. We love our new mattress. It replaced an older Sleep Number bed. No complaints. We had wonderful help at the Store on Shannon Rd in Durham by Conor Monahan and very efficient delivery a few days later. It's a five star for us.
